Dear Bamboo Riverside Boutique Hotel team, My name is Terry Williams & Huệ Kim Nguyễn and I recently had the pleasure of staying at your lovely property. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the owner, who is such a wonderful and caring person, and to all the staff members who were incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful during my stay. Unfortunately, I was feeling sick with a cold and fever during my visit, but your team took care of me with such warmth and compassion — even refusing to charge me for extra services. Your professionalism and kindness truly touched my heart. It’s rare to find a place that treats guests not just as customers but as family. I sincerely wish your hotel continued success and prosperity, because with such dedication and genuine care, your business will always stand strong. With deep appreciation, Terry Williams

I was very satisfied with my stay at Bamboo Riverside Boutique Hotel. The hotel is relatively new and boasts a beautiful riverside location, creating a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Staying here is also very convenient for visiting the nearby river islets, where you can explore and enjoy local tourism activities and services. The room was clean, tidy, cozy in design, and fully equipped with all necessary amenities. The swimming pool was well-designed and very clean. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and quick to assist whenever needed. Breakfast was tasty and well-balanced, offering a good selection of basic dishes to start the day with plenty of energy. In the evening, relaxing by the river was especially enjoyable with the fresh and pleasant atmosphere. This hotel is perfect for anyone looking to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle. I will definitely return and recommend it to my friends.

This hotel is new, clean, cozy, quiet and extremely good value. Staff was extremely helpful even when balcony rooms were sold out, they helped us to find solutions. Recommend the river view rooms and overall this awesome hotel. Thank you for an amazing stay 👍👍👍

Only stayed for one night, the room was good, spacious and with a comfy bed. Bathroom was a good size too with a good shower. Only downside of the room was the A/C was not powerful at all, seemed to take 4-5 hours to actually get the room to cool down. Parking for our bikes outside, no under shelter parking. Breakfast was okay, not much variety. Service was very friendly and attentive.

Great staff, but keep an eye on the little ones if you have a room like ours! Just wrapped up a stay at the Bamboo Riverside Boutique Hotel, and I wanted to share a quick review. First off, the service here is amazing. Seriously, all the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. A huge shoutout to the hotel bodyguard—he went totally above and beyond for us! When he noticed we were heading down to the pool area, he immediately went over and turned on the jacuzzi pool just so we could fully enjoy it. It’s those little, thoughtful gestures that really make a stay memorable. You can actually see the pool area we enjoyed in the photos. However, I do want to leave a quick heads-up for anyone traveling with small kids. The room we were assigned wasn’t exactly child-friendly. As you can see in the photos, the windows are set really low to the floor. They are definitely at a height where curious kids could easily open them up, which felt like a pretty big safety hazard for a potential fall. If you are planning to book a stay here with toddlers or young children, my advice would be to specifically ask the receptionist at check-in for a child-friendly room or a room that has much higher windows. In addition check wether your room has the bathrobe, otherwise, it'll be a headache once you checkout as they might expect that is has been taken. Also, check how many cans of beer in the fridge because they thought that there are 6 cans in there. Overall, a really lovely property with fantastic people, just mind the room layout if you have little ones in tow!

We stayed here for three nights. The location, room, and overall trip were great, and the staff was generally friendly. However, the breakfast was very simple and quite limited—there was little fruit and no yogurt. We had to bring our own food to make sure our child had enough to eat. Additionally, the staff was not very flexible or understanding when it came to requests. I feel also the management in this case is failing, when there is an issue obviously with a customer and they don’t really bother to address or solve it (leaving it to the front staff).

The hotel consists of bungalows. What is good is that there are bungalows like ours with two rooms, so children are separate. The size is good and the bed comfortable. The bathroom is also fine with a shower and a bath. Electricity outage can happen and there are a lot of mosquitos here, so be prepared with repellent. The pool is good - maybe it was the day but it was not as warm as the other pools we tried on the trip. The restaurant is nice as a place but disappointing as a service. The meal is prepared somewhere else and is really not good in comparison with everything we ate in Vietnam. The service is below standard - one of the boys was really trying - the others were watching their phones, instead of watching the clients. Everything was brought to the restaurant by women, who were not allowed to come to us. I had no wish to give my tip to those boys - I wish there was a way to give it to the women that did the job. Overall, the most disappointing experience. I had a massage which was nice but clearly overpriced - about 800,000 dong. At other places, you can find for half the price. I would not say it was exceptional as well but the girl was really trying hard and was very nice. Overall, a place with a lot of potential, if the management ensures that the service is good.

Great value for money in Ben Tre. The rooms are simple but spacious, well maintained, with a big en-suite but secluded bathroom. We got a room with a balcony over the Mekong river and we were blessed with magnificent views. The hotel staff is very friendly and will always do their best to help you out.
