Sweet, calm, clean place basically in the nature. Usually you can arrange everything with them via whatsapp (remote check in, organizing boat tour, extra request), they are very responsive and helpful

Theres only one reason why I can’t give this place five stars. It’s utterly gorgeous, tranquil, serene. You read the reviews and cant wait to pack up and go. We left Ho Chi Minh and it’s wild, rambunctious nightlife behind, excited to get back to nature, the peace, quiet and calm of a hidden dwelling in a coconut jungle, to really experience the beauty of Vietnam. We arrived to the homestay being locked up, closed. Managed to get hold of the host after walking to a nearby place for a coffee, told us the codes to let ourselves in and was told someone would be by in the evening to make dinner! We were all alone and it was glorious, looking round, we’d planned to cook and spend our 3 days and nights reading and relaxing in nature. You watch the butterflies flutter by, hear the sounds of the jungle and think, wow, this is paradise. Get in the hammock, settle in. Then the neighbours started their karaoke session, singing at volumes that would put bars in Bui Vien to shame. 🫣😂 Our first evening here, two nearby houses appeared to be in a fighting match as to who has the loudest music, so we thought, if we can’t beat them, let’s join them. We walked to get some beers and had our own little party, watched fireflies, drank and danced the night away. A lovely gentleman appeared and made us chicken noodles and they were delicious! 65k. The following day the karaoke started around 10am I believe, stopped shortly after, kicked off again at 2pm for half hour or so and again at around 5pm into the night. I thought it may just be a weekend thing, but it started up again around 2pm on Monday, a pause and started again around 5. Not sure whether we stumbled upon a local holiday, but we hadn’t heard there was one so just a heads up if you’re planning on a quiet few days, the bloke next door loves a good sing song. The host is great over WhatsApp, really good English. He came to stay at the homestay on our third night and offered dinner again :) very friendly guy, answers any queries quickly, even managed to sort us an extra evening. We loved it here, truly stunning, the most beautiful place, it was just a shame as we chose here specifically for its serenity, its certainly not the peace and quiet we had our hopes set on 😂😂 (Unfortunately, they won’t allow me to post videos, so I can’t share the karaoke 😂👍🏼)

Everything was okay but was really strange, we spent 3 days and we saw no staff during the 3 days we stayed. We even had to leave the money hidden beacause they didn’t even come to collect it. Overall was a really good experience but just really strange, we had a carte for breakfast but no one were there.
