The hotel is in a great location, central and has a front ferry station. The room was clean and soft bed. The breakfast buffet was delicious and you can find a variety of food. In the reception Mr Cuong was really helpful, and we had an upgrade of the room for a better one. Highly recommended if you are visiting My Tho or Ben Tre.

By far the best hotel I have stayed in Vietnam so far. Breakfast is great. There are many options. Rooms were clean. Sheets and towels weee clean. The pillows and bed were comfortable. The reason why I am deducting a star is because the fridge smelled like durian. Every time the fridge was open, the smell of durian would sweep out from the fridge to the room. I am assuming the past people in the room had durian stored in the fridge. Also, at some point the bathroom would start smelling like sewer.

This hotel boasts a beautiful location right on the riverbank in the heart of My Tho city. Thanks to this, the hotel has many rooms with stunning river views. The rooms are spacious and clean, however, the air conditioning system isn't very good (it's a bit noisy and slow to cool). The hotel staff are enthusiastic and friendly. The room rates are reasonable. There is parking available next to and across the hotel. The security guards are quite friendly and very helpful. From the hotel, you can easily walk to the riverbank and many nearby attractions, making it very convenient for tourists.

The hotel has recently undergone renovations. However, they have been lazy & selective with little quality control.. while the rooms new coat of paint and lighing is good, the more important bathroom is heavily neglected, bassinet was cracked with a cover coat repair to hide sharp edges. The water pressure is slow. The grout is dirty and molding, lacking proper sanitising. The shower door is a large glass slab with hindges that don't lock properly to prevent 'pull' as it should only be 'pushed', the glass door swang outwards and the glass felt like it was going to crack. The shower tiles are not water tiles, which makes the floor extremely slippery! Bed is nice and firm Breakfast has a good selection Location is convenient as it's near the boat tour Extremely disappointed that the roof top bar was closed! As it was still under renovation, we were not told this prior to booking a month prior. We complained about the issues in the evening asking for a room change, or we would change hotels. Later that night we were shown other rooms which has the same issues of poor renovations. I was more unimpressed by the lack of English from reception staff. A bit scare and intimidating by one reception staff who has full body tattoos sleeves to hands too, uniform was not enough to cover up. This seemed unprofessional and not a good inviting look for a luxury hotel. Upon check-out the next day, a new reception staff ordered an upgrade. But it was too late as we had packed and the alternatives the night before were no good. I said that in a few days I'll return to take up the offer to try fix our negative experience and regain confidence of staying at one of My Tho's highly recommended hotels. A few days later I followed up in person with the same reception who offered the upgrade. I asked for a 9 night stay, what would they offer to rectify? We were offered a generic 10% discount... Nothing which was above and beyond the normal offer

This is a nice well-presented hotel with amazing Mekong views, I would have rated it very highly apart from 1 major problem. The beds were as hard as rock and very difficult to sleep on comfortably, we did ask for softer mattresses but were informed there’s not an alternative. I’m really at loss to understand why the hotel would provide such terrible mattresses it really spoiled our stay. |It’s a real shame as the hotel was very well presented with staff who were always eager to assist. The breakfast was a good quality with friendly staff who went out of their way to spoil and look after our child. |There’s a local river ferry close by that’s fun to travel on, the main tourist river terminal is approx 500m away and the quite close Vĩnh Tràng Pagoda is spectacular.|A suggest the hotel sort out its beds then it would be a place I’d 100% recommend.
