Stayed here a few times during the year (at least 30days/year). The staffs are always nice and friendly! Location is great. Rooms are ok. Some funitures surely need fixing especially the smelly bathroom but overall this is a great place to stay if you are looking to explore My Tho city.

Very central. DOES NOT TAKE CREDIT CARD Bicycles parking underneath. Room maintenance is lacking - peeling wallpaper, cobwebs with spiders. Sheets clean. Bathroom shower is body spray height - not overhead type, warm water - not hot, three chairs, bigger room with nice furniture, bedside table one side only, firm mattress, one location for power outlets, dressing tables, large wardrobe, floor tiles uncapped, front reception, pay on departure. No bottled water in room noise from corridors comes into room. 2000hr and 0600 bugle. Reasonable lighting. Near restaurants, coffee shops and shopping plazas. No traffic noise in rear rooms. Air-conditioning quiet for sleeping. Light top sleeping cover. Elevator needs a clean. Quality bar fridge, big kettle, cups, teapot (uncleaned), in room phone, TV, dress mirror, coat hangers and coat rack.

I stayed here for a few nights during a business trip. This hotel is cheap, looks nice, is well-located, has OK facilities for the price, and the night guard is a nice guy. However, the desk staff are unhelpful and struck me as kind of sketchy; one almost tried to upcharge me on the room (she didn't know I could understand Vietnamese 😂). My room also had no hot water in the shower, and the elevator is so slow it's comical. This place isn't awful but there are better options in My Tho at this price range, so I don't recommend it.

We arrived for check-in around 9pm, so we just wanted to grab our room, take a shower, and go to sleep. Apparently, someone else's shower was more important, and we had to wait almost 30 minutes for the reception girl to finish her shower. How do we know? There was only the night guard left, an old man, who was useless besides relaying that information. After grabbing the key, we thought the worst was over, but the nightmare had just begun. Two main things: 1) The comforter had several red stains and blotches all over, and on both sides, so I couldn't even try to use one side. 2) The Air Conditioner swing panel was missing, so it was blowing directly on me all night. I tried to sleep without the comforter, but couldn't because of the broken AC machine. I was too tired to find another hotel, so we made due, and promptly left at 7am. Keep in mind that this isn't a real hotel in the sense of the Western world, so there is no such thing as customer service. Think of it as one of those motels you see in horror movies where the lone staff doesn't give a shyte about you. For a little more, stay at the Cuu Long Hotel nearby. Much much better. The only positives are the beds are not rock hard like most cheap hotels, just regular hard; they give you 4 bottles of water; and the location is great, next to many banks, and VinCom Center where you can do your eating and shopping. A Highlands Cafe is two stores down from the hotel.

Well, it was cheap. Apart from that, I am struggling to be nice! Hard to locate, not near anything in My Tho that you would want to see, it was not really that clean. Some areas are freshly decorated, others are in a poor state. I've a feeling it is regularly used for local tourists on bus trips, two coaches pulled up when I was there. The beds are like concrete with one very thin blanket. Though the breakfast was described as being 'included' there was no evidence of it when we arrived in reception in the morning, apart from a few bangs and shouts from a dirty looking kitchen. I prefered to go hungry. Oh dear! I would like to say something else positive, um, the pillows were nice and the wifi connection was good. Other than that, I would never ever stay there again. In some ways, my experience of the hotel mirrored that of the town, pretty grim overall. Glad to get back to HCM for a decent lunch and a cold beer. If you swallow the hype and have to go to My Tho (good luck!), why not be kind to yourself and choose somewhere else?

The best thing you can say about it is that it's cheap. The rooms are spartan and very inconveniently laid out. The air con works but is very noisy. Ear plugs are pretty much a must. The staff have minimal English which limits their ability to be helpful. It's also not close to anything of interest. Breakfast is very ordinary too.

When we got to Saigon we thought that there was no way we could see the Mekong Delta without a tour, but we decided we wanted to go on our own, there is not a lot on TripAdvisor on My Tho - Accommodation, we booked this Hotel, the room was Lovely, all we needed was good safe and clean room, I would say this was the best room we had in our 5 week stay in Vietnam. We do a lot of exploring and there is no time for complaining ....but about the room I could really say ...it was excellent!!!!
