  You definitely get what you're paying for. There was no hot water, and the shower stank. It was good for a night, though.

  After viewing rooms in most of the other budget options in My Tho we settled on this place as the best of a poor bunch. The room rate was 450,000 dong which for a windowless room with a/c seemed a bit steep. The bathroom was ok only with the noisiest extractor fan ever. The bed was not very comfortable but did have clean white linen and decent pillows. The build quality of the hotel is poor with little sound insulation and although we didn't experience music from the upstairs bar we were disturbed by the loud TV in the reception area. ||The views form the sixth floor bar of the river and delta area are stunning. However when we went up there for a drink the barman was fast asleep at one of the tables. Breakfast is served up here too. The choices are mostly Vietnamese dishes, with fried eggs and bread being the only other option.||The reception staff we met were friendly and helpful, one spoke very good English.

  I stayed here for one night and found it perfectly adequate for the price range. Comfortable bed, hot shower, cool air conditioning and a small fridge in the room. Also a TV with a reasonable selection of channels. The rooftop bar/cafe has nice views of the delta.||I didn't have any problems with noise and slept well. The staff were pleasant and helped me with my onward transport to HCMC.

  This place was pretty good - though I'd probably have far more compliments if the staff were more friendly. The room was large and fairly well appointed, though bathroom was a bit dismal. The view from the balcony was absolutely incredible though, which made up for a lot! I'd have to agree with one of the other reviewers about the local scammers who prey on tourists out the front. We felt quite harassed (one in particular just kept following us about on motorbike and was very pushy over a 24hr period. In the end we succumbed, but before handing over the money were saved by a local who explained the scam to us. Thank you local driver!!! Best advice - say no immediately to anyone pushing something at you. It's not hard to find reliable info or tours from the tourist information centre). Anyway, off topic. The hotel isn't Saigon standards, but is quite good for My Tho.

  Clean & pleasant hotel. We stayed here during busy chinese new year week. Book the superior/penthouse rooms if possible though and take ear plugs and eye masks. We enjoyed the fried eggs and french bread for breakfast with the hot chocolate which finnishes at 9am. During early evening it was nice to sit on the roof terrace and drink a mango juice/beer/smoothie. Bar shuts at 10 pm though. There is a good restaurant for supper across the road by the river by the tourist boats trip jetty.

  Overall we were happy with our stay here. For the price the room was very comfortable, Breakfast was dismal though, I have never has such a greasy egg before. The Chuong Duong right on the river might be a better deal, we travelled in he low season and got a comparable quote for what appears to be a much better hotel (might be a different story in the high season).||||The main downside of this place was that they didn't speak much english and as a result defaulted us to this local tour operator named Phi. We had already met Phi as he picked us up by Moto from teh bus station. BEWARE of Phi (Pee) he seems nice at first and will offer Moto tours of the delta and the Mekong Boat trip. He claims his trip is different/longer and better than the standard trip but it is not. He takes the money and passes you off to the standard operators. Do not be fooled, embarrassing as it is, we were. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. We informed the hotel about Phi being dishonest so hopefully they will no longer do business with him in the future.

  Stayed here 2 nights in early Nov and found it perfectly adequate, clean, good value and well-run, with the hotel in a good location on the river front, close to Mekong river tours and nice for an evening stroll beside the river. The manager (?) at reception speaks passable English and was very helpful in booking me a taxi to the airport on my last day. The only downside was the water system and pressure in the shower, which had to be explained by the manager, as didn't immediately work. Apart from that, everything was fine and would recommend to others traveling through My Tho for a few days.

  I arrived at this hotel in My Tho on the Vietnamese holiday, September 2nd. The hotel is located on the main street facing the Mekong Delta.||The staff is friendly and helpful and a smile as well! Clean and comfortable rooms and a price that is very reasonable for the holiday. ||I can see why the hotel was had only a few rooms left when I checked in a favorite by Vietnamese tourist.
