  The Mog Champ sends his regards. A starting point for the Mekong Delta tour. Our tour guide helped sort everything for this and we went to two separate locations. One was for primarily for the canal ride and the second stop was for the coconut candy - the last souvenir shop. Small stops in between included a short performance with fruit and honey tea later on after the canal ride. They provided us a coconut drink on the way back to the port too!   Very nice place, especially when you want to show your loved one around. Not sure about the tour tho, was not buying any of their service.

  Meking Delta tour is a must visit in Ho Chi Minh. From boating to a canoe ride, Bee farming, coconut village and local dishes to savour!

  It's a good starting point for Mekong River tours, though it was quite hot when I visited in March. The river is close by, and you can also explore nearby attractions like snake and crocodile parks, which makes for an interesting half-day trip. The area is calm, and the boat rides are a relaxing way to enjoy the river. Make sure to bring water and plan ahead for the heat. It's a great spot to combine with other local attractions!

  Starting point for visiting Mekong delta. Only place on my trip from Ha Noi to Mekong Delta where I needed spray against mosquitoes. Small speed boats perform public traffic toward five nearby islands filled with farms, shops and restaurants. On islands you can taste everything before buying - coconut caramels, cobra brandy, honey, local fruits. Food in the restaurants is excellent and cheap. You can also take a ride in banana boat. Nice place with lots of activities. Good for spending whole day there.
