By far the best Spanish food in Nha Trang/ Camh Ranh! I have no doubts! The ambience, the service, the staff all make you feel absolutely comfortable and cozy! The food flavors, the portion size and the value for money all marry each other! The staff named My was such a sweetheart! Gambas Perfect Octopus Perfect Chorizo Perfect Mushroom & Parma Perfect 11/10 experience and would be back soon! Only feedback- please have a pepper mill set that can grind and provide fresh pepper powder, the shakers are not doing justice

This is a great restaurant, the food is delicious and well prepared, everything tasted great! We started with the olives, the tomato bread, and iberico black label ham. The ham was salty and delicious with a nice aftertaste, the olives were marinated nicely and the tomato bread was a nice background to these. The eggplant with anchovies was excellent, a nice flavor and the little bits of anchovies were the perfect hit to bump up the flavor. But our favorites were the grilled octopus and the tomato ensalada. The octopus was so flavorful and grilled perfectly, was so delicious and the salad was very good, with lots of marinated tomatoes! We ended the meal with cream Catalan(?) or what I call crème brûlée. It was delicious. This is a good place to have a memorable meal, everything is prepared well and to enhance the flavors of the food. Excellent!

Absolutely incredible food! You can truly feel the real European Mediterranean Spanish cuisine here. The tapas were amazing, the paella was fantastic, and everything tasted authentic and full of flavor. Such a beautiful and cozy escape while being in Asia - we really loved this place. Highly recommended!

Finding an authentic slice of Spain in the heart of Nha Trang is a rare delight. Lola Tapería is a standout gem that brings the soul of a Spanish wine bar to the Vietnamese coast with impressive precision. The experience here is defined by high-quality imports and a clear respect for traditional tapas culture. Here is a breakdown of the highlights from our visit: * Pan con Tomate: This classic was executed perfectly. The bread had the ideal toasted crunch, providing a sturdy base for the fresh, vibrant tomato rub and aromatic garlic. It is a simple litmus test for any tapería, and Lola passes with flying colors. * Setas Salteadas: A savory highlight of the evening. The sautéed mushrooms were rich with roasted garlic and elevated by the addition of decadent truffle paste and salty Serrano ham. The depth of flavor in this small plate is exceptional. * Old Manchego Reserva: Aged for 12 months, this cheese was served at the correct temperature to appreciate its nutty, complex profile. It’s a must-order for anyone looking to pair their wine with a authentic Spanish staple. * Rollitos de Ensalada de Lomo: These pork loin salad rolls were a refreshing and creative addition to the meal. The tender lomo wrapped around crisp greens provided a great contrast in textures and a lighter note amidst the richer tapas. Lola Tapería manages to capture that elusive "taverna" vibe—intimate, welcoming, and focused on quality ingredients. Whether you are a homesick expat or a traveler looking for a break from local seafood, this is arguably the best spot in the city for a curated wine list and authentic Iberian flavors. In summary, Lola Tapería is a must-visit in Nha Trang for its authentic atmosphere and expertly prepared tapas. I highly recommend pairing the Setas Salteadas with a glass from their Spanish wine selection for the full experience.

I recently dined at a Spanish restaurant for the first time, and it was truly a wonderful experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm atmosphere and the enticing aroma of authentic Spanish cuisine. One of the highlights was the open kitchen, where I could see the chefs skillfully preparing each dish. This added a unique touch to the dining experience, making me feel like a part of the culinary magic. The food was absolutely fantastic. I especially loved the seafood paella, which was rich in flavor and made with fresh ingredients. Additionally, the tapas were perfectly seasoned, creating a delightful feast for the senses. The quality of the fresh ingredients and traditional cooking techniques truly shone through. Overall, my first encounter with Spanish cuisine exceeded my expectations. The combination of excellent food and a nice atmosphere made for a wonderful evening. I can’t wait to return and explore more of the menu!

I was quite disappointed with Beef Carpaccio. It was way too salty, not just the kind of saltiness you’d expect from a dish meant to be enjoyed with wine. Honestly, all I could taste was salt. The cheese, onions, and microgreens were completely overpowered. I even tried removing most of the toppings and eating only the beef, and it was still pretty salty, although at least more manageable. But then it no longer felt like a proper Beef Carpaccio. Vinegar Cured Herring on Tomato Toast was good and had a much better balance of flavors. As for the Sautéed Clams with Garlic Parsley Sauce, unfortunately it was also very salty. The staff explained that the clams naturally contained a lot of seawater, which I understand. I appreciate the idea of keeping the flavor natural, but personally I think there should still be some preparation to reduce the excess salt. Otherwise, it feels like I’m tasting seawater more than the clams themselves. Overall, I specifically came here because I wanted to try a Spanish restaurant in Nha Trang, but the experience was disappointing. I’ve had Spanish food in several other cities before, and this is the first time I’ve encountered dishes that were consistently this salty.
