  Perfect Spot for a Proper Nightcap! Stopped by Minus 1 Bar in Nha Trang for a nightcap… and it absolutely delivered. It’s a cozy little bar with a rooftop space as well, creating an intimate yet relaxed atmosphere. What I truly appreciate here, beyond the excellent drink and cocktail list, is that the music is kept at a reasonable level. You can actually have a normal conversation without having to shout across the table… something that’s rare and very welcome. They also offer a small snack menu from the Mexican restaurant next door, which is a nice touch if you’re feeling peckish late at night. I started with the Mulled Negroni. Even though Christmas was two months ago, it immediately brought back that warm festive feeling. Then, upon request, they prepared an “End of the Line Negroni” (30ml Campari, 30ml Chartreuse, 30ml Laphroaig Scotch). Delicious, bold, and definitely not for the faint-hearted; it’s a strong one with serious character. A special mention to the two mixologists behind the bar… both extremely nice and highly professional. You can tell they know their craft and genuinely enjoy what they’re doing. Overall, a great experience with well-crafted drinks, attentive service, and a comfortable atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back.

  This place in Nha Trang is an absolutely delightful find for those who truly enjoy a delicious drink. Delicious in every sense of the word. Pleasant atmosphere, unobtrusive and non-trivial music. The price tag isn't too high for this level of drinks, in my opinion. You can not only find a pleasant, unpretentious classic, but also discover many new, interesting combinations. Personally, I'm thrilled to find the most delicious pinot in Nha Trang. Huge thanks to the honorees. Highly recommended.

  Really cozy hidden gem with excellent coctails, good balanced and delicious. They also had some nonalcohol drinks. Friendly staff, the place felt clean and chic. Every drink we tried was great.

  Small and intimate place, a bit hidden away in an alley, but honestly that’s part of the charm. Behind this discreet entrance is some serious craftsmanship and excellent cocktails. You can clearly tell that real professionals are working here. The mise en place is sharp, everything is well organized, and each cocktail is thoughtfully crafted and well researched. We tried four different cocktails, and every single one was excellent, all with very distinct profiles. I highly recommend this spot. A true cocktail bar not to be missed. Easily a well-deserved 5 stars.

  This bar snuck up on me. Found it purely by accident while i was going to tippy next door. Unassuming from the outside but very chic and simple on the inside. Everything was well thought out from the water to menu down to the drinks. My partner prefers beer and they also have beers. He did however steal a couple sips from my strawberry parfait drink because it was just too good. The bartender was wildly talented and has a lot of passion for his creation. Best cocktails i’ve had in a long time. The price was also good compared to other places in town. Each cocktail drink has a sweet/sour and alcohol meter which can help you decide which one you want. The menu was also very extensive and they have creative names and look for the cocktails.

  Excellent high end cocktails. Worth the money. Great selection of top shelf alcohol. The bartender gave us lots of tastings of his house made flavoured liqueurs. Absolutely worth the visit.

  The cocktails are great with a lot of choices, and they even have a Christmas menu. The bartender speaks fluent English and does their best to entertain guests, which is a nice touch. However, when I visited, the vibe was too quiet as there was no music or anything to create a lively atmosphere

  Perfect spot to enjoy some great cocktails! Highly recommend! Gregory, the bartender, will help you choose the right cocktail according to your preferences! The girl behind the bar is really friendly and lively. Been there twice, wish I’d find it at the beginning of our trip!
