Lovely place for views in Nha Trang. My favorite spot to grab lunch and some sun. In the lobby near the cafe you can buy a ticket even if you’re not staying in the hotel. I recommend the lunch, drink, swim combo. Be sure to bring some sunblock, sun glasses, a hat, because they provide no umbrellas.

Breathtaking views around Nha Trang and the surrounding area from the 40th floor roof terrace. Service isn't great, though. It was never pointed out to me before I booked to stay in the Panorama hotel that you had to pay for the pool. Whilst relatively cheap at £4 (120,000 dong), if there are two of you, it will probably add up to 1/3 again onto the nightly hotel rate, which is around £25-30/night. You get a towel included, but you aren't guaranteed a sunlounger, although I managed to get one, even though I didn't go there until early afternoon. Lightning and thunder surrounded the building, but luckily the rain evaded the rooftop all afternoon I was there. It was a great place to take photos and videos of the thunder and lightning, which many there did. The terrace is split into two halves. One covered (land side) and the water facing side is uncovered. You can almost walk right around the full perimeter in the water. I didn't eat there, so I can't comment on the food. I will definitely be going back.

We paid $30 AU dollars for 2 people to experience the the tallest building in Vietnam with a glass bottom pool. I cannot fault the kindness of the Vietnamese people, they are truly beautiful. We would have stayed here longer and purchased lunch and drinks, however, it was more expensive than what we would have paid in Australia. The entire pool was a beautiful experience, however, I noticed a lot of mauled growing on the tiles / grout, and people had engraved their names on the residue that had built up around the pool on the tiles. The views were amazing. It was a nice experience.

Disappointment for myself and family.. Lack of maintenance. Broken tiles.. Potentially a accident waiting to happen. Tables not cleaned. Leftover food laying about on tables. Staff not at all helpful. No designated smoking area so ciggerate butt's lying around on the floor.. Thankfully we did not have to pay... Potentially Coukd be amazing.. But needs alot of maintenance and staff training...

We are staying at this hotel, and came up from our room to spend the day at the sky lounge! However, upon arrival we was met by Anna nuygen who was on front desk! Immediately she was rude we explained we are staying here so she asked for room card! She said no u can’t come in here your pool is on 6th floor! I told her we can come here if we pay as we came to check the day before! Her attitude was abrupt and rude! We paid and sat down… I wanted some water and again Anna was rude and I was charged 60000 dong for the smallest bottle of water which I this extremely expensive 355mls and it wasn’t cold! I said 60k for this small bottle! She said yes and walked off! Will not be back here! But since we were charged 200k per person for 2 beds and to be able to swim! We decided to stay! If you have people front of house, please make sure those staff are polite and accommodating with at least some customer service! I don’t believe Anna had this and this is the. Reason we won’t return as well as being charged almost £2 for a tiny bottle of warm water! Very expensive for Vietnam! Won’t be eating here that’s for sure! Anna needs to be trained again on customer service as it’s her attitude that ruined our experience for the start!

I would like to highlight the very poor service provided by the staff. I stood at the ticket counter for 10 minutes, but the employee responsible for admission was still unable to issue me a ticket. Instead, she kept coming up with new requirements and complications. She showed no interest in helping a visitor stay and enjoy the venue. She was constantly distracted by people around her, even though other staff members were present. If she was unable to handle the situation herself, she could have asked a colleague for assistance, but she did not. The entire experience was ruined before it even started. I then remembered the reviews I had read about the cocktails and food, which made me question whether the place was worth visiting at all. In the end, I decided that staying would only be a waste of my time and money, so I left and did not stay. Very disappointing experience.

Don’t be fooled by size and wonder because this bar fails miserably for the price of 400k for two drinks. From the Disneyland style ticket booth downstairs and weird greeting by security guards, to the amateur cocktail making and wet tables. I was surprised at the level of service, especially for a fancy tall hotel with lots of money spent on decor. Bar staff were on their phones and eating food at the bar, vaping and chatting away. The cocktails came and the two margaritas had no lime, pure tequila and kind of boring. The table we sat at by the viewpoint was covered in condensation from the pool and the waiter didn’t understand why we required it to be dry! Music was waaaaaay too loud and we couldn’t talk and hear one another. It sounded like a bui Viên go go bar playing pop songs at high volume. Not chill out to match the view. This is basically a rooftop swimming pool with a fancy bar. Find another night time look out bar, this one is awful.

Don't come here! Although the view is nice. The place itself is like sardines in a can. So many people and you don't find space. It's not a nice place.
