  I had an absolutely incredible stay at the InterContinental Nha Trang. From the moment I arrived, everything felt world-class. The ocean view room was stunning — waking up to that panoramic view every morning was unreal. The balcony, spacious layout, and comfortable bed made it hard to ever want to leave the room. The amenities were top tier. The rain shower and bathtub were perfect after a long day, and everything was spotless and well-maintained. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which made it easy to stay connected when needed. One of the highlights was definitely the service. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect, and you can really feel the attention to detail. The location is also ideal — right across from the beach and close to everything in Nha Trang, making it easy to explore or just relax. If you’re looking for a luxury stay with amazing views, comfort, and outstanding service, this is the place. I’ll absolutely be coming back.

  If you visit Vietnam, you definitely have to try mango bingsu, so we visited the lobby lounge at the InterContinental Hotels & Resorts! We ordered one mango bingsu and a cocktail because they both looked amazing. The cocktail was a little too salty for our taste, so we were a bit surprised at first. However, a staff member named “Thach” noticed that we seemed uncomfortable and kindly offered to remake the drink for us. We were truly touched by his thoughtful service and kindness. As expected from such a world-famous hotel brand, we felt that we could trust both the food and the service at InterContinental.   Wonderul tea time location. Located just one level up from street level, but all the outside noise is gone. Our server Ngan was very friendly and hospitable. Great beach view and reasonably priced.

  We enjoyed a truly magical dinner with our dear friends at The Lobby Lounge, Intercontinental Nha Trang, where every staff member shone with outstanding excellence. Their dedication to delivering an extraordinary experience for us and our guests was truly remarkable. A special thank you to the incredible Ms. Tú Anh, whose exceptional service provided a memorable moment for a child at our table, making the evening an unforgettable celebration of joy and festivity this Christmas season in Nha Trang.

  Popped down for a few drinks before going out for dinner. Nice atmosphere, and very attentive staff who looked after us very well. Nice drinks, and for this calibre of hotel, also very reasonably priced.

  I am very satisfied with the service here. The staff are extremely attentive and helpful, especially Ms. Anh and Ms. An. The coffee was delicious, and especially they have a beautiful sea view along with very attractive cocktail and wine promotions.
