  The place is so peaceful and cute ghibli vibe ! Authentic Japanese matcha and we could see the making process of the latte. We can choose the bitterness level and many other options. Staff was very friendly. My fav matcha place in Nha Trang

  Thank you very much to the owner and staff of this place. This is just an incredibly beautiful and authentic place. I haven't used such calm and tranquility for a long time. Among other things, the interior is simply gorgeous. Incredible attention to detail. I recommend drinking matcha without ice! It's worth it.

Soundproof windows so you can't hear the traffic and noise outside. Very quiet inside 👌 🪑 Good Seating in 3 different levels, so you can choose from bench, barstool, chair, or sit Japanese style on the upper levels. 💲 Price wise it's about 200,000 VND ($9 USD) not really for budget travelers but a higher price for am upper-class authentic Japanese experience. 🍫 Every matcha comes with a delicious matcha chocolate and something to reset the pallet from the matchas bold flavors. 🎎 Friendly service from staff. They do speak some Japanese so remember to say domo arigaton (thank you). Excellent experience and atmosphere. I will likely come here again once in a while. Thank you 👍

  When coming to Nha Trang, my sister recommend to me this place. There were some of several of different matcha, so I would like the staff to recommend one of best seller to me. But they weren't very enthusiastic. Aside from that, everything else was fine, from the space to the drinks.

  I have tried matcha different places, different coffee shops and Chokokoro is the best , real matcha ( Thanks God I found you finally lol) . The store 's decoration is adorable , professional staff.

  Very interesting place! The matcha is of very high quality! But the price is a bit high because of the concept of this place that you won't find anywhere else! Japanese style, looks very new and fresh! If you are a fan of Japanese theme and style and just want to relax, this is definitely the place for you! You will enjoy the sound of the water, and great coffee! Very nice interior both inside and outside of the building! There is free parking with a security guard who will keep an eye on your bike while you relax and enjoy a cup of coffee! The entrance on the first floor also looks so classy! When you go up to the second floor you have to take off your shoes and go on, leave your shoes in the drawer! There is also a 3rd floor where we were! There is a view of the city, and there is also a small fountain, the sound of which is very relaxing, also plays a nice soft music in the Japanese style but more classical! Atmosphere 10/10! I recommend everyone to visit this place! Even just because of its authenticity!

  I recently visited Chakokoro Matcha Specialty & Tea House in Nha Trang, and overall it was a very interesting and enjoyable experience, especially for people who appreciate high-quality matcha. First, the concept and design of the café are truly beautiful. The entire space is inspired by a Japanese zen aesthetic, with a calm, minimalistic atmosphere that feels very relaxing. The interior design is elegant and thoughtfully done, making it a great place to sit down, slow down, and enjoy tea. The quality of the drinks is excellent. Their matcha is clearly made with good ingredients and prepared properly. The flavor is rich and smooth, and you can tell that the café focuses on authentic matcha rather than overly sweet drinks. The matcha ice cream is also very good, with a strong matcha taste and a pleasant texture. One thing I really appreciated is that the sugar level is kept very minimal, which makes the drinks feel much healthier compared to many other dessert cafés. For people looking for a clean and healthy matcha spot, this place is definitely worth trying. The pricing is on the premium side, especially compared to typical cafés in Vietnam. For many local customers it might feel a bit expensive. However, considering the quality of the matcha, the careful preparation, and the unique environment, the price can still be justified. One area that could be improved is the service communication. The reception staff did not seem very proactive in explaining the menu or introducing the products. The menu itself is quite sophisticated and detailed, so it can be a little confusing for first-time customers. It would be great if staff could actively explain the different matcha grades, drinks, and recommendations, rather than staying silent while customers try to figure it out themselves. Another small issue is that the top floor seating area had quite a lot of bird droppings, which slightly affected the overall experience. With such a beautifully designed space, better maintenance of that area would make the café even more enjoyable. Overall, Chakokoro is a very unique and high-quality matcha café in Nha Trang. With its beautiful Japanese zen-inspired design, authentic matcha drinks, and healthier flavor profile, it stands out from typical coffee shops. With a little improvement in staff product knowledge and maintenance of the upper seating area, it could easily become one of the best specialty tea spots in the city.
