I was recommended by a friend to come over to this office and I am so impressed. The wait was so fast and we get to see Dr. Toan and I have to say he is the best Dr. in town. His team is also very nice, helpful and attentive. 100% recommend.

We feel so lucky to have found such a great pediatrics office. The doctor and his staff are exceptional. The doctor speaks English and made me feel comfortable when communicating my child’s needs. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of help with any illness for their child!

Overall, the clinic looks good: clean, odor-free, and newly renovated. During our visit, the pediatrician was quite inattentive to my explanations due to a language barrier. When I see a doctor, I expect them to take the time to properly understand what’s going on before prescribing anything. In this case, I had serious doubts that that was happening. I had to repeat myself several times and ask clarifying questions before receiving an appropriate prescription. The doctor told me to come back in three days, so I booked a specific time slot to make it before work. We ended up being placed in a general queue, and the appointment didn’t happen until 45 minutes after my scheduled time. When I asked how this was possible and why they were offering appointment times at all, the administration responded: “Since multiple patients booked the same time slot, you are seen in the order of arrival.” Perhaps they should alternate between scheduled and walk-in patients — one by appointment, one from the queue — so that booking a time slot would actually mean something. As it stands, it’s unclear why appointments exist at all. The second visit lasted three minutes. I had a feeling it would go that way and even wondered whether it was worth coming at all — though I could see the improvement myself. They charged me 250,000 dong, which came as a surprise. No additional prescriptions, no diagnostics, no examination — just three minutes. Most clinics don’t charge for a follow-up like that.
