  Digusting service and attitude! I came there today to get my skin treatment, treatment was okayish but the girl hostess kept on insisting i buy a special purchase. I politely declined and said no, after i came from the session i told her that i do not want to pay for the whole course and i paid just for a treatment. She stopped me from leaving and told me to sign a paper where it will be stated that i need to pay to the clinic 15,000,000 vnd. I refused and just ran away from the clinic. Beware, they just want to grab your money!

  Not recommended for men. Be careful, they will take your money first and if they can't provide the service they won't refund the money. Facial cleansing and blackhead removal, absolutely ineffective. Be careful!

  Very disappointing experience and extremely poor transparency I contacted this clinic with a very simple and completely normal question before booking Botox: which exact brands they use, approximate pricing for around 50–100 units and whether there are any promotions At first, I received a rough price, but when I asked the most basic follow-up question — what exact botulinum toxin brand would be injected — I was simply told it was a “Korean product” “Korean product” is not a brand name For a medical injectable procedure, I believe every patient has the right to know exactly what substance is being injected into their face before stepping into a clinic. This is basic transparency and basic medical trust Instead of providing clear information, I repeatedly received vague answers and invitations to visit the clinic in person just to obtain details that should be easy to communicate in chat. It honestly felt more like a sales funnel than professional medical communication I am not asking for trade secrets. Asking for the exact product name, approximate cost and available options before booking is completely normal for Botox treatment If a clinic is unwilling to clearly disclose even the exact name of the product being injected, it naturally raises concerns about professionalism, transparency and patient confidence Unfortunately, this experience did not inspire trust and I decided to look elsewhere
