  My wife and I had an excellent experience at this dental clinic during our stay in Nha Trang. The entire team was highly professional, caring, and attentive from start to finish. They made us feel comfortable right away, explained everything clearly, and provided outstanding treatment with great attention to detail. It’s not always easy to find trustworthy medical care while traveling, but this clinic exceeded our expectations in every way.   My boyfriend had super painful pulpits after arrival and no one could help him,we tried two clinics and after advise of a local guy from bike rental (mr.Vu) came here. Dentist and all stuff are really professionals and the price is affordable. So if you need real help - I recommend you to visit this clinic.

  I had a fillings appointment yesterday. Everything was okay but the dentist suddenly decided to stop the treatment and told me to book another appointment or they will search for other available dentist because he has another customer. The dentist didn’t inform me that one tooth cost double the other. So I was confused when I got the bill.

  Would not recommended I have used many services here, and spent a lot of money. From fillings to tooth extractions,... I am satisfied. Until today, February 17, 2025, when I had my teeth cleaned, the lady who cleaned my teeth and gave me a consultation took less than 10 minutes for all. I looked in the mirror and saw that there was still a lot of tartar (my tartar was in the form of calculus under the gum and quite hard). When I went down to the counter, I told the guy who took me down about the tartar, but when I got to the counter to pay, he ignored me and left. I told the two ladies at the counter again, but they also ignored me. After that, I didn't want to pay, so they offered to go up to check. Now that I don't want to go check up anymore, the two ladies started to have an attitude, "You're done, so you have to pay." Not a word of apology, not a solution to make the customer feel respected. The reception staff should be trained on how to handle problems, how to say sorry, and should training the dentists (not doctors) how to get their job done properly.
