I visited this clinic to get a cavity filled and a tooth pulled. The whole process was completely painless. The staff was very understanding, polite, and positive. I highly recommend them! Plus, the prices were very reasonable

I had a really good experience at Opal Clinic. The staff were very supportive and gave me detailed consultation throughout the whole process. I was honestly a bit nervous at first, but they reassured me and made me feel comfortable. Everything was handled very professionally, and I truly appreciate their care and kindness. I would definitely recommend Opal to my friends

We had a wonderful experience at Opal dental clinic. Between us we had quite a bit of work done - I had two crowns and a brace made, and my partner had several fillings - and the whole process was outstanding from start to finish. The level of service was honestly the best we have experienced anywhere, both in Vietnam and internationally. The staff were incredibly helpful, professional, and efficient. Everything was explained clearly, appointments ran on time, and the team made us feel comfortable and well looked after throughout. The clinic itself is very clean, modern, and well equipped, which immediately gave us confidence in the quality of care. The dentists were meticulous and clearly very experienced. On top of that, the prices are extremely reasonable for the level of service and quality provided. We even had a translator with us at all times. I really couldn't ask for a better service. We would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone looking for high-quality dental work in Nha Trang. Thank you to the whole team for such a positive experience!

I was very satisfied with visiting the clinic, a nice team, the presence of an interpreter is also pleasing, at least she knows Russian and English, the dentist did everything filigreely in about 1-1.3 hours cured 4 caries, do not impose unnecessary services, the price was pleasantly surprised, below average for such a service, thank you very much

I came to the clinic to get crowns. I planned to get two, but they said it would be better to replace one more. It didn’t look like an extra sale — there was decay on the nearby tooth. They prepared the teeth quickly, ordered the crowns, and made them on time. But when I came for the fitting, I waited 40 minutes even though I arrived on time. Also, the crowns didn’t match the color. The doctor chose the color himself and didn’t discuss it with me. They offered to repaint them. This took one more day, and again I waited in line for about an hour. One crown had to be adjusted many times. After that, I had to come again for more adjustments. In the end, everything is fine. The crowns fit well. But the process was long and could have been more organized. Thanks to the doctor — he did a good job.

After researching and visiting many dental clinics. I trusted and chose Opal Dental Clinic. I thought this place was reliable for dental work because before getting my teeth done, the dental team there gave me very enthusiastic advice. Not only that, they also took detailed X-rays of my upper and lower teeth, and presented a complete treatment plan. They said my teeth were in good condition and there were no problems. After the examination by the Opal dental team, and before I left, they even mentioned that if I agreed to the treatment, a highly skilled dentist from Hanoi, who has treated many doctors and artists, would be coming to their clinic soon. If I agreed, they would have the dentist in Hanoi examine my teeth again. I thanked them profusely for their enthusiasm and thoughtfulness. After much consideration, because of their dedication and attentiveness, I decided to get my teeth done at Opal and received treatment from the dentist. He traveled from Hanoi to have my teeth examined and treated directly, as they had promised. I had great confidence in the skills of the dentist in Hanoi. After the procedure, I was very satisfied. However, one tooth required a temporary crown for root canal treatment. After the dentist from Hanoi examined and fitted the 24 crowns, he returned to Hanoi for work, and the root canal treatment for the temporary crown was performed by someone else. I believe the dentist who performed the root canal treatment was very incompetent. Despite spending a lot of money and time there, they still haven't resolved the problems I'm facing. Almost six months after having my teeth fitted, they still hurt and I can't chew. Furthermore, the two innermost teeth on my left side are also experiencing the same problem. They asked me to take an X-ray for examination. After the X-ray, they said there was nothing wrong with my teeth. They then asked to have the crowns removed so they could examine them and find the cause of my toothache. I agreed, wanting to give them a chance to do a good job. After removing the two crowns and treating them, I found it ineffective because my teeth were still very painful. They asked me to have another X-ray. After the X-ray, they said there was a crack in the root of my tooth, which was the cause of my toothache. They requested that I have the cracked tooth extracted and two implants placed, costing a total of 50 million VND. I disagreed with their answer because they had already taken an X-ray before removing the teeth and said there was nothing wrong with them. After some time for them to treat the teeth, When the results weren't good, they said my tooth was cracked. They explained that the crack was caused by the dentist being too rough during the crown process. They ignored my requests, and I went back for check-ups many times without success. I asked for a refund on the crowns that they removed and the damaged teeth, but they said they could only refund 50% of the cost. Now I have two missing crowns and 3 others that hurt. They even claimed they paid a dentist in Hanoi for the work, even though I never requested a dentist in Hanoi. They said they wanted to maintain a customer-centric approach and that if I wanted dental work done at their clinic, I would get it done by a highly experienced dentist in Hanoi. I found their statements inconsistent, and I can no longer trust them. Furthermore, if they implant two implants, will they really do as well as they claim? They're evading responsibility for the damage they've done to my teeth. The problem is, they just want more money to fix the terrible consequences they've caused me, even though my teeth have a 10-year warranty. My message is: everyone should be very careful before deciding to get dental work done here. Don't let yourselves end up losing money and suffering the same fate as me. But if there's any consolation from all the time and money wasted, it's the law of karma; I know that eventually, things will work out one way or another. It's truly a joke.

I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I chose this clinic based on many positive reviews, but unfortunately the reality did not match my expectations. I came for crown treatment on an existing implant (Neodent system). The crown could not be fitted at all despite multiple attempts. Another doctor from the same clinic also confirmed that it was not suitable. The issue was not minor. The crown did not match the shape of my natural tooth — it was significantly narrower, not just a height issue. According to the treatment plan, it was supposed to be screw-retained, but they attempted to place it on a standard abutment instead of using an individual one. The crown was being forced into place for about an hour, causing significant pain, and I was offered anesthesia to continue. In my understanding, this indicates that something was not fitting correctly rather than being a normal adjustment. In addition, a second crown for my natural tooth was already too low in height and could not be properly corrected as it was made of zirconia. No new scan or impression was taken to properly remake the crowns, and the approach did not follow the recommended protocol for the Neodent implant system, which was also confirmed by my doctor. During my visit, I also observed another patient who mentioned that her crown was below the bite level and did not reach the opposing tooth. She was also offered a remake, but as far as I understood, no new scan or impression was taken in that case either. I had to stop the treatment and urgently find another clinic to complete the unfinished work. I also paid a deposit in cash and was not provided with an official receipt, only handwritten notes, including for a partial refund. I am sharing my experience so others can be aware and make informed decisions.
