The gym is good for the price. 450k dong a month. There is enough machine to train. No. Air condition but for this price totally ok.

Great gym. 50 dongs for a one-time visit. For some reason, the fans in the gym don't work. And for some reason, they have a break from 11:30 to 1:30 p.m. Otherwise, no complaints. Large area, many good, acceptable exercise machines, few people. Not crowded. Good economy class

Fantastic gym, one of the best I’ve used in Asia so far. For just 50k, they shut when the sun is at its worst because no ac. But free water and equipment I’ve never even seen before

Huge open space gym. Lots of equipment to get a proper workout on any body part. Although, much of it is older equipment. Ran across one broken machine but there were many other options. Also this gym has a locker room with multiple showers. The first proper locker room I have seen at the gym in a while. The price for a day pass is 50,000. No complimentary water or towel service. So bring your own. They did have a water bottle tank for free refills which was nice.

It's a very large gym. There's no air conditioning, just a fan. There are yoga and Zumba rooms, and plenty of equipment. The only problems are the loud music and the mosquitoes, as most of the gym is open and has no windows. It's passable now, but it'll definitely be difficult in the warmer months.

Pros Decent sized gym for the area with a good selection of equipment. Cons It is CRAZY hot in this gym. No AC, there are like 6 or 8 tiny wall mount fans cooling the whole gym and not even all of them are working. You see everyone gasping for air and gathering next to the fans after every set. I don’t know how people are not passing out on the floor. Hygiene is a big problem here. Every piece of equipment is covered in sweat and there are no rags or disinfectant to wipe down machines. Too expensive for what it is. I paid 200k for a week. You have to bring your own toilet paper for the bathrooms as none is provided by the gym. The hours of operation are very limited here. They close everyday in the middle of the afternoon for a few hours and also closed on Sundays. The equipment is very old and in desperate need of professional maintenance or replacement. Everything seems to be rigged together. None of the cable equipment is smooth, pulls harder one one side than the other, etc. The price here has been increased significantly since the last time I trained here. Unfortunately nothing has changed to justify increasing the price from 350k/mo to almost 500k/mo. It would be nice if the owner used some of the extra revenue to buy some TP, a few floor fans, maybe a bottle of disinfectant and a rag to clean other people’s sweat off the pads before using it 👍! Just a tip…if the treadmills are off they are not broken. I guess in efforts to save of electricity front desk staff is trained to cut off the electricity and lights when they are not in use 😂. You have to find the power switch and turn them on manually yourself, but they are operational. I missed my cardio the first day thinking they were out of order, but that wasn’t the case.

The gym is good, but I cannot go there because of their lunch break.

I do not recommend renting studios in this venue! Despite being a regular client and renting a studio here for almost a year, I will no longer use their services, and I suggest you don’t either! First of all, today I came to my usual studio only to find that another group was having a class there — and no one even informed me in advance about the change! Secondly, the payment rules are constantly changing — at first, I was allowed to pay after the class, now they demand payment in advance. Thirdly, there are always issues with the sound system in the studio, constant technical glitches, and the worst part is that the administrators are completely uninterested in resolving any of these problems! I do not recommend this place at all and give it the lowest possible rating.
