  I paid for a monthly package from January 18th to February 18th. When I signed up no one told me that the gym would be closed from February 4th to February 15th due Tet Holidays. They scammed me. I want the refund of the days they are closed without notice. Extremely unprofessional.

  This is very disrespectful, I don't understand how the administrators work. Why doesn't anyone warn in advance that the hall will be closed on certain days on weekends? Why does the administrator, when I write to him for 3 days in a row, simply not answer me and cannot orient me about working hours? Why do such problems happen forever? Regarding the fact that the hall lacks proper ventilation, I am completely silent, often due to lack of oxygen my lips just turn blue.
