Great well equipped gym with all the equipment you could need. Nicely spaced out, and very very clean. Friendly staff and affordable for a day pass 89K.

When I first read the reviews, I was quite hesitant about this gym. However, I decided to come and see for myself whether those negative comments were true — and they definitely weren’t. The gym provides towels and alcohol wipes for members to clean the equipment after use. There are also clean and spacious restrooms, showers, and changing rooms. My actual experience was much better than expected. Five stars for this gym!

The staff are friendly. It’s amazing to find an air conditioned gym like this in the summer. Good job!

The staf: June, Candy and Kim and were all very friendly and kind. Thry welcome you with a warm smile. After all, this place is clean and good enough for training. Highly recommended!

The gym is clean and well-ventilated, with neatly arranged equipment that creates a comfortable workout environment. In addition, protein shakes are available at the counter for 50,000 VND per serving, which is very convenient for post-workout recovery

Clean gym with good equipment and a comfortable training space. The staff are friendly and supportive. I also really like their whey protein smoothies after workouts — great taste and very convenient for recovery. Overall, a solid place to train and stay consistent.

I paid for three gym sessions, 200,000dong in total, which I found to be a fairly affordable price. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re on vacation and just want to maintain your fitness routine without spending too much. The gym has everything you need to stay fit while traveling — a decent selection of machines and basic equipment for a complete workout.💪🏋️😎

TL:DR not recommended. I went to the gym for the whole Q1 and I've seen all kinds of wrong there. Let's begin with the service: Take a look at the photos, whenever there is an issue the staff doesn't do anything about it. Once there were a roach, which was reported and nothing has been done to deal with it. Then there was blood on the stairs. The girl in the photo that's doing cardio is the receptionist. She said a few minutes before the photo that she is the only person working today and she cannot leave the counter to deal with it, however you can see that she is free to leave the counter to do some cardio. Cleaning: The gym is quite clean for the most part. AC: there is almost no conditioning, the main reason my wife stopped going there is that it was insane hot, the owner never cleans and maintains the ACs so they are useless for the most part. It was one of the main factors when I was looking for a gym there - the gym must be isolated from the street and it must have the ac running. This is not the case here. Amount of ppl: too high after 5 pm, you need to train before 5pm otherwise be ready to que, forget about supersets. Towels: The towels are used to be washed by some laundry company, sometimes you may get a towel that is dirty and smelly. So we end up just buying a few personal towels and used them for the most. Also after about 6 pm the chances to get a towel are getting lower with each minute, most probably you won't get any towel by 7-8 pm. So if you still decide to go there at least buy yourself a few towels. Equipment: There is everything you will need in the gym, except professional trainer that is on the salary in the gym and can help you with first steps. The staff there doesn't speak English, better to speak with them by a Google translate. The staff supposed to be trainers as well, but you know what's the difference in pro trainer and these guys? The good trainer will always have order in the gym. You won't see equipment in random places, you won't see weights attached while nobody is using the equipment. Since this gym doesn't have one you got stuff all around and weights attached almost always. Overall I'd say it's overcrowded and too hot,it will be wise to look for a gym a bit farther but with better conditions. Doesn't have English speaking pro trainer.
