280,000vnd for 7 days. 80k for 1 day. Has some excellent machines and a good selection of free weights. You can train your whole body here. Popular place with the locals. Also has good range of cardio equipment. Place is comparatively big, but so much stuff makes it a bit crammed in some areas, especially free weight bench area. I have been attending for 9 weeks, recommend it. This is one of my favorite gyms in SE Asia. No air-conditioning, which is actually a plus!

The staff was friendly. The day pass costs 100,000vnd, which includes a complimentary bottle of water. They offer a diverse range of machines, although they only have 1 squat rack, 1 smith machine, and 1 trap bar. If you prefer using machines for your workout, this gym would be a great choice.

This is a very nice and well equipped gym nearby the beach. The fee is 500K/mo for the use of 5am to 3pm, and 750K/mo for all day pass. This gym has a good selection of free weight and machines. They have two bench press and two squat racks. I was here during the pandemic, so there are not many people here which was nice. You can check in with your finger print, so it's easy and quick. You will need to bring your own bottled water unless you want to buy it here.

I am sure that there are many good gyms. But very often it is not the gym or the number of machines that is important. It is the attitude to the process and emotions that are important. I was delighted. An open gym, hot Vietnamese air, ubiquitous mopeds in the parking lot, a huge number of flowers, nice Vietnamese people. I completed all the exercises. And then I bought a coconut smoothie there and went to my hotel.

Great place to get in shape. Facilities are clean daily and a great selection of exercise machines. Exercise machines are maintained. Centrally located to downtown area. After workout you can enjoy smoothie and grab something to eat.

Staff is friendly, no one puts the weights away, alot of times they just leave it and walk to there next machine 500k/month for 3 month contract 600k/month for 1 month 400k/month for 6 month contract 100k drop in/ Per day Cleaner is always wiping down equipment and cleaning with a bottle and a rag Sauna room is great, must tell them to turn it on so better let them know once your near finish your workout so it's ready. Don't have a squat rack. Usually packed and you can never tell when they are about to be finished Better for dumbell and body workouts. It gets busy at some times but when I go, you can always think of alternative exercise for it. They relocated away from the heart of downtown but a scooter drive 5mins is good.

It was good, but now someone cages their lovely puppy there while they walk around exercising themselves free! It started life a clean black & white, now it's already dirty and uncared for. It makes my blood boil to see neglect and cruelty. They treat it like a toy they can throw away. When will Vietnamese understand that a puppy is like a child, it needs attention, mind and body stimulation with play. NOT left in a cage, left to bark and get stressed. Horrible to be around. Animal cruelty. Then there's the old guy smoking, with it drifting across the gym areas. Since when does fitness and passive smoking go together?
