Lovely atmosphere. Very well worth the price

I am giving this gym five stars because I want this kind of business to survive, but there is still a lot of room for improvement. The concept of this gym is similar to some clubs in Bali, but it is clearly too small. I do not know whether the ground floor will be expanded into new areas, but the current space is too cramped. 1. Because the space is so small, the trainers have no dedicated rest area and end up sharing space with members, making the rest area feel very tight. Some trainers have nowhere to go and can only rest on the equipment or at the front desk. Respecting trainers is something a mature gym should do. I noticed some people struggling just to change clothes, because there is no dedicated changing room. This is really unacceptable for a gym charging 180,000 dong per day. The dining area has only two very small tables that can fit three bowls each, yet each table comes with three chairs. Extremely cramped. This conflicts with the gym’s own idea of offering unlimited free food. There are also no drinks. Not only are there no soft drinks to go with the food, there are no sports drinks either. You could at least sell drinks at a charge, but there are none, which is a shame. You have to bring your own sports drink from outside when training. The shower area is too large and could actually be made smaller. If reducing the shower space allowed for a bigger dining and rest area, that would be a worthwhile trade. 2. There are almost no fixed machines dedicated to bench press. There is only one machine with a split-press design that can be angled down to work the chest, but its design angle and movement path are simply not suitable for bench pressing. There are a lot of leg machines, which is a plus. There is an angled mirror mounted high on the wall facing downward, but this is exactly the strange part, because this kind of mirror only works when paired with another mirror facing it, so you can check your back muscles. With only one mirror it serves no practical purpose at all. The lighting in the gym is also very chaotic and completely unsuitable for checking form or filming. The star lights and LED strips look nice, but they do not belong in a gym. They create very messy, unflattering light. Gym lighting needs to show off muscle definition, not make the place feel like a cheap restaurant. The wall covered in teddy bears and the round dumbbell rack are also genuinely baffling, a total head scratcher. The space is already small, and yet precious room is being wasted on things that look flashy but serve no real purpose. 3. The biggest flaw of this gym is that the training atmosphere is almost nonexistent. The music selection is also all over the place. I actually heard TikTok songs from China playing. Are you serious?

By far the best lifting gym I've been to in Vietnam! 💪 The equipment is brand new, everything is fully air-conditioned, and the gym has a great atmosphere. The healthy buffet is another huge plus—fresh, tasty, and perfect if you're serious about your nutrition. I honestly wish more gyms would do something like this. It's also open 24/7, which is amazing. Whether you're an early bird, a night owl, jet-lagged, or suffering from insomnia, you can always come in and get a great workout. If I had just a few small suggestions to make an already amazing gym even better: Add a food scale so members can weigh their meals. Include more vegetables in the buffet—there are lots of fruits, but I'd love to see more veggies. Offer 100% natural peanut butter and extra virgin olive oil as healthy fat options. Other than that, it's close to perfect. The owners have created something really special here. If you're in Nha Trang and love lifting, this is the gym to join! 👏🔥

Really great gym to train at. Open 24 hours, you have access to brand new equipment, everything is cleaned constantly, super friendly staff who will help with training and also get provided free food and drinks.

Not a cheap one, but saving money on the air conditioner. Is about +30 degrees in the GYM duing daytime. You can get a heart attack from overheating.
