I would like to thank Dr. Nguyễn Thị Thủy and all the staff of the gastroenterology department. They removed 5 polyps in my stomach quickly and painlessly (general anesthesia was used). They gave me all the documents and photos. Dr. Thủy is in touch with me and is helping me with the treatment of GERD at the moment. I think everything will be fine.

To the dedicated doctors and staff of the Surgical Department at Hospital 22-12, I am writing this letter with a heart full of profound gratitude and respect for the exceptional care and compassion you provided to my mother during her recent hospitalization and surgery. The memory of your team's professionalism and kindness is something our entire family will forever cherish. You took the time to thoroughly explain the surgical procedure, the associated risks, and the expected outcomes with remarkable patience and clarity. The success of the surgery itself is a testament to your immense skill and expertise. But what truly set you apart was the heartfelt, dedicated care that continued long after the operation. You patiently answered our endless questions and addressed our smallest worries, making us feel like partners in her healing journey. Witnessing her return to health day by day has been our greatest joy, and it is a direct result of your tireless efforts. Please extend our deepest thanks to the entire team – the anesthesiologists, the nurses, and every staff member who contributed to her care. We wish you continued strength and success in your noble mission. With our sincerest thanks, Ni.

Today I took my family and decided to do a check-up at VK Hospital. Everything is absolutely perfect. My daughter is 2 years old, they took blood from a vein, she didn't even feel it. Doctors speak English well. We were met by a Russian translator on each floor. Excellent modern equipment. Total we gave a very fat FIVE +. I am almost 70 years old and I been more than a few times in USA & German hospitals. VK will be a winner hands down. btw: total 3 days check up cost me only 3 mln VND.

Great hospital. Walked in with a major migraine and was worried I was having a stroke. They had a designated guy to translate from Russian into Vietnamese so the doctor knew exactly what was going on. They promptly gave me an IV and did some bloodwork. I really appreciate the nurses working there too. Very thankful!!

We visited this hospital because of intense gastrointestinal complaints and the staff are speaking English very well and helped us during our stay. The outpatient care was very good since the doctors are able to speak English (otherwise they’re using google translator :-) ). We paid for an ultrasound, blood draw and consulting in total 840 000VND (each person) and for the medicine 290 000 VND each person. Plus 150 000 VND for a fee each person. In addition the building is also clean and the staff is always wearing a face mask. Meanwhile we’re getting better. Highly recommend this hospital!

Recently had the experience of child birth here. All the staff looked liked they just finished high school. No experience, no help while the mother was experienci g labor pain. We were left in room alone trying to figure out what to do on our own. All they wanted to do was give medicine. In that environment is difficult to advocate for yourself so we agreed to local anesthesia, as soon as they administered the medicine the baby's heart beat dropped significantly for an extended period of time for they did an emergency c section. Luckily the baby and mother were fine.

I visited VK Hospital to enquire about their standard medical checkup, which is advertised on their website. There were plenty of customer support staff to greet me, but the two Vietnamese ladies at the entrance did not speak English. They directed me to the information desk, where two senior men—who mainly spoke Russian—tried to assist. The first thing they told me was that I needed to pay for a doctor’s consultation (150k VND) even if I just wanted a basic medical checkup. When I showed them the checkup details listed on their website (in Vietnamese) and asked for a clear price, they couldn’t provide a proper explanation. Overall, I found the experience confusing and difficult, especially not for Russian speaking patients. In comparison, I was able to easily complete all necessary tests at Yersin Hospital, where all prices and services are clearly listed and easy to understand.

At night we went to the emergency room at BK hospital with high temperatures of 39C and were surprised by the attitude of the doctors on duty. The doctor was very rude, tried to impose many unnecessary hospital services that did not correspond to the reasons for our visit, in the end she refused to see my family unless we paid for all the unnecessary hospital services. I believe that such an attitude of the doctor does not correspond to her work and the hospital management needs to select the right staff. Such doctors have no place in medicine, it is a disgrace. When you go to the hospital with a serious problem, you should receive treatment, and not stress and nerves that doctors provoke. Let these doctors be ashamed for their attitude towards a sick person!
