  Went to Vinmec for a rash, they had no dermatologist, so I went here. My experience was so smooth here. In and out in an hour, and they fixed my issue. Translator was fantastic, doctor was fantastic, front desk staff fantastic, felt safe and cared for the whole time. Couldn’t recommend more.

  I am a 67 year old male who is petrified of hospitals. The only time I was in hospital was when i was born. I have had a double inguinal hernia for about 25 years and over the time they have got very large. So on Monday at 10am i walked into the hospital and was met by a BRILLIANT young lady called Nhi, who spoke perfect english and was always there to help. Saw a doctor and was of for a CT scan, then got blood taken and checked. Results back from the CT scan all good. Out for 1pm and back in 0700hrs Tuesday morning. Loads of other tests ECG, XRAYS ETC, then a chat with the surgeon a MR LE DANG TRINH. Put me at ease explained everything and said will see you in the morning 0800hrs for the operation. Operation all went well nurses were Fantastic Nhi popped in to see how i was, brilliant. Thursday surgeon came in all good very happy with everything and said you can go home in the afternoon. So within 47 hours i met Nhi the English speaking nurse, had all the tests, met the surgeon and had the operation WOW. I also had my own private room which was great. What a Fantastic hospital and brilliant Staff. Again THANK YOU NHI and all the nurses and Thank you to Mr Le Dang Trinh.

  I had an exceptional experience at this hospital. From the moment I arrived at the front desk, the staff was incredibly welcoming, polite, and highly organized. The doctors and nursing team provided compassionate, top-tier care, taking the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. The facility itself is immaculate, modern, and very well-maintained. I felt completely safe, valued, and cared for throughout my entire stay. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone in need of quality healthcare.

  The hospital has an international department with a translator, which immediately gives a sense of safety. The facility is spacious and well-equipped with CT, MRI, and other modern technology. You can visit a doctor and get all necessary scans done without an appointment — just wait in line. As soon as we arrived, staff met us at the car and brought a wheelchair (I had a leg injury). A hospital staff member then guided us straight to the international department on the third floor. The organization and care were at a very high level.

  This clinic saved my whole vacation and became one of my best experiences with hospitals ever. I came to Nha Trang on vacation, and on the first day I had a severe eye infection. It was extremely painful. There was almost no wait time before they could see me. The entire staff was so friendly. The doctor was super attentive and they provided me with a great translator who spoke Russian perfectly, for free. The nurse was extremely gentle. I felt 10x times better immediately after the treatment, and after getting some antibiotics in the hospital, just in one day I felt like my eye was completely new. And the price was so affordable. I an incredibly grateful to the international clinic for the treatment they gave me. I've been in 30 countries, lived in 5, and I've never experienced such a high level of quality. Thank you so much ❤️

  I went to the Tam Tri Hospital (International Department) based on the high score reviews. It did not disappoint! From the time I entered it was organized and quick. As an English speaker, the English translator, Nhi explained everything, asked about my problem and decided I should see the Dermatologist. I paid ahead of time, a very low price, and within 10 minutes she guided me to the Dermatology Department. I got to see the Dr. within a few minutes. The care was efficient and thorough. Nhi translated both ways and handled medical terms with ease. From start to finish I don't think I was even in the hospital for 40 minutes. Hopefully I will not have to go to a hospital again, but if I do that is the one I will go to.

  A fairy nice private hospital. Things are pretty clean and well organized comparing to some of other hospitals I have been to in Vietnam. The prices are cheaper than places like Vinmec and I feel the quality of the doctors are better here too.

  I went to this hospital in Nha Trang because I had severe ear pain. Unfortunately, my first visit was really disappointing. It happened to be Vietnam’s Independence Day, and I understand it’s a major holiday, but I didn’t expect such an experience from a hospital with good reviews. I arrived by taxi around 8 AM. At first, no one paid attention to me. When I explained through a translator app that I had strong ear pain and couldn’t hear, the staff just laughed and kept talking among themselves. Eventually, they told me there was no ENT doctor available and suggested I just take some painkillers and come back the next day. I was upset — not only because of the pain but also because I had wasted money on the taxi for nothing. Honestly, how can a hospital not have a doctor available? The next day, however, the experience was completely different. They directed me to the international department on the third floor. There, I was quickly admitted, provided with a translator (English and Russian are available), and saw a doctor right away with no waiting. The consultation fee was 300,000 VND, and I didn’t even need to show my passport, although I had heard other travelers were asked for it. The doctor examined me, gave me a diagnosis, and prescribed medicine. The whole process, from arrival to finish, took no more than 15 minutes. The pharmacy is located on the first floor of the hospital — you just drop your prescription in a basket, wait for them to call your name over the speaker, then pick up and pay for your medicine. A bit unusual, but actually very convenient. In total, my visit cost me about 500,000 VND (consultation + medicine) plus around 300,000 VND for taxis over the two days. Overall: first day was a terrible experience, but the international department made up for it the next day. Once I got there, everything was fast, organized, and professional.
