  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Care by Nurse Trang! Brought my family members here twice for endoscopy procedures at the Gastroenterology department, and the care has been consistently excellent. I especially want to praise Nurse Trang. The clinic gets incredibly busy, but she handles the chaos beautifully. She takes care of absolutely everything: welcoming patients, prepping beds, comforting people before their procedures, and explaining instructions clearly afterwards. Even when things get hectic and people are losing their patience, she stays sweet, professional, and fast. Phan Thị Mỹ Trang is a massive asset to Vinmec Nha Trang!

  I went for a general heath check up and the service was amazing everyone was very kind and professional. I was able to schedule my appointment online with Nhu which made it convenient and easy. The nurses Vuong, Anh, and Ngoc were very kind and patient even though it was a busy morning. The process can feel a bit confusing but the nurses always made sure I was where I needed to be. Translator Hannah was very professional and helpful in explaining my request and results. I was able to perform all test and receive results within 4 hours! Where I am from it would take weeks to complete all the test and receive results. Thank you Vinmec.

  Excellent private hospital. We booked on a Sunday for a consult on monday morning using the My Vinmec app. Blood tests, scans, consult done efficiently, no delays. An interpreter was very helpful. Clean, modern, coffee shop/cafe, pharmacy, bank machine on site

  During our vacation, we rushed into this hospital's ER since my mother had her wrist broken.It was an unlucky happening but in a way lucky to be there because the medical equipments and stuffs were beyond my our imagination in a good way. Surprisingly,almost all the stuffs working there could speak Eglish including receptionists and nurses.The doctor in charge of my mother,Dr.Huang,was a fluent speaker of English.He was a well skilled and polite surgent .We were so anxious and nervous about having a surgery in a foreign coutry, but we now have a confidence that our decision was right. I can tell the medical equipments in this hospital are latest as well as ones in our country since I am also a medical worker. We saw many foreign patients coming one after another.Stuffs in there must be used to handle with the similar situations to ours. My mother could come back to Japan in safe,without a big trouble or a pain. Thank you all,especially Dr.Huang!

  I had an excellent experience at Vinmec Hospital. The entire team was extremely professional, kind, and attentive from the moment I arrived. The doctors and nurses took their time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and well cared for throughout the whole process. The hospital is very modern, clean, and well organized. The facilities are of a very high standard, and the level of care truly impressed me. You can immediately feel that patient wellbeing and safety are their top priorities. I am very grateful for the support and treatment I received and would highly recommend Vinmec Hospital to anyone looking for high-quality medical care.   Was the best possible treatment I could wish for, the staff and nurses are so kind and helpful, Doctors are very capable, came in with a broken leg and had surgery. Spent 11 days in a very comfortable room, the food was nice aswell. Sometimes there’s a language barrier but that’s what translator apps are made for. 10/10 can recommend

  I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Vinmec Nha Trang International Hospital for their professional medical care, attentive attitude, and genuine human support. I came to the hospital in a difficult situation. While being far from home, I suffered a serious knee injury, and later I was diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis. It was a very stressful and worrying time for me and my family. The doctors and medical staff at Vinmec treated my situation with great care and responsibility. They quickly performed all the necessary examinations, clearly explained my diagnosis, the possible risks, and treatment options, prescribed the appropriate therapy, and provided continuous medical supervision. I would especially like to mention the professionalism of the doctors, the careful work of the nurses, the kindness of the staff, and their willingness to help at any time. What was especially important for me was that I felt not only medical professionalism, but also real human care: calm explanations, patience, attention, and support. This means a lot when you are in another country and facing a serious health problem.   I visited this hospital in order to continue treatment for eye issues started at Vinmec DaNang. The Doctor who treated me Dr. Le The Trung has been excellent and very thorough with most of my visits taking over an hour. My condition is difficult to treat and he has been making sure that this is properly treated. He has brought in an interpreter to assist, Huyen who has been wonderful as well. I have at least one more visit and could not be more satisfied with my care here and would recommend this hospital to anyone needing medical care.
