Really can’t speak highly enough of this hostel. Met great people and shared some good times in the bar area and out in the town with them and the bar staff. Room was clean and spacious. But most importantly the staff went out of their way to help me when I lost my ATM card, lending me cash to pay for taxis etc and helping me get back on my feet. A big thank you to Phuong and also the staff Nam, Lin and Tobi 🙂

It's the only hostel in Nha Trang. I felt incredibly comfortable. The staff welcomed us like family. Everyone was wonderful. The hostel has a small swimming pool with a very relaxing view. Nothing to complain about! My travel companion and I will definitely come back again soon. BONDIBACKPACKER is amazing. 😝

Had the best experience at this hostel! The whole staff is amazing, so friendly and always down to help. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and there‘s a rooftop pool. Loved the free breakfast aswell as the happy hours n free shots at the rooftop bar (much love to Queenie the bartender atp!) The Location is also soo good, close to the beach and in the center of the city! Thank you all sm for this amazing stay!! 🫶

I had an incredible stay at Bondi Backpackers! If you’re looking for the perfect mix of social vibes and comfort, this is it. Here’s why I loved it: The Vibe: There’s a cool bar right on-site with a legendary happy hour. It’s the easiest place to meet fellow travelers before heading out for the night. Location: You couldn't ask for a better spot. It’s just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by an endless variety of amazing food places. Comfort & Cleanliness: I was seriously impressed by how clean the showers and bathrooms were. Plus, the beds are actually nice and comfortable—I got some of the best sleep of my trip here. The Team: The reception and staff are top-notch—super friendly and always ready to help. Adventure: A huge plus is that you can book adventures directly from reception, making it so easy to plan your next trek or tour without any stress. I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ll definitely be back!

The breakfast was fantastic. The breakfast lady was very attentive. The pancakes were delicious. In the evenings they open a bar and it's a great place to make friends. Drinks are incredibly cheap. The space is small but very cozy. They have pub crawl every nights . The staff were very friendly. Highly recommend everyone!

Possibly the worst hostel I've stayed in on my travels. Rude staff. Windowless dorms, with only a fan, AC was broken. Freestanding bunk beds that wobble and shake if someone moves in the bed. No soap, shampoo or shower gel in the showers. You even have to rent a towel 30,000 VD. Breakfast is pancakes or fried eggs. Toast and jam. No atmosphere and the rooftop bar is basically a tiny balcony. Avoid. Thers better places.

Title: Avoid at all costs! A prison cell with a "Backpacker" label. I’ve been traveling through Vietnam and Asia for years, and this is officially the stingiest establishment I’ve ever seen. Don't let the "Backpacker Hostel" name fool you; it’s just a label used to bait tourists into a windowless, cramped box. The Owner's Greed: It’s honestly impressive how cheap a person can be. No lockers, no kettle (they cost $4 on Shopee!), no soap in the toilets, and no towels. It seems the owner is worried that providing a piece of soap will lead them to bankruptcy. It’s disrespectful to the travel culture. The "Cell": The rooms are 2-3 square meters of pure misery. It feels like a converted prison—no ventilation, freezing AC, and dozens of people crammed into a space that wasn't designed for humans. The Staff (The Only Pros): I want to clarify that the lady at reception and the night-shift guy are absolute legends. They are incredibly kind and hard-working. It’s a shame they have to represent such a poorly managed "hostel." Advice: There are plenty of places nearby for the same price where you are treated with basic human dignity. If you value your sanity and hygiene, stay anywhere else. If it’s not raining, the sidewalk might actually be more comfortable.

Large dorm rooms make this a workable budget option. However, having only one toilet per floor is inconvenient, the shower water pressure is poor, and the AC is controlled by the front desk and may be turned off unexpectedly. Breakfast is fairly basic, and the customer service isn’t particularly friendly. Overall, it gets the job done if you’re looking for a simple place to stay.
