  This is the best hostel we've stayed in Vietnam. The guy and lady who run the hostel are absolutely legends. They genuinely take care of you and are not trying to make money out of you. They are not over-friendly hosts but they will wake up at 3am to make sure you catch the night train. The motorbike we rent here was very cheap and reliable. The room is clean, wifi works very well, bed is comfortable, and it has everything you need including big lockers. Definitely recommend this place. You don't have to look further.

  We had booked to stay here for one night on our way to Da Lat. We checked in late and the lady downstairs was really friendly and nice, unfortunately that is where the good points end. The double room we had booked to stay in looked nothing like the photos, was not overly clean and worse of all, there was little ants and bugs crawling all over the floor, bed, pillows etc. After seeing this, we stayed at the hostel next door

  Hello everybody!!!||||I can't be agreed with what Bonnie F from australia said!||||We stay in this place for almost 2 weeks and it was a good place to stay! Good staff and a very clean hostel everyday they ask us for cleaning the room and take care about our hapiness ! I'm agree that one member of the staff don't talk english yet but i saw him start learn so again i can't be agreed because at least he try... All staff was always smilling and helpfull to us, they have cheap rent for motorbike, everytime i have a trouble they try to fix it the more sooner they can! ||||Even more if you take time to talk with the owner we learn that they rebuild her hostel soon so like i said can't be agreed with bonnie F. said!!!1||||I really recommend this place if you want a good staff helpfull and nice!

  Very dirty, I lost count of how many bugs (including cockroaches) were crawling around the room, bed and bathroom. Most of the staff were nice, however the main guy on reception barely spoke English so communication was a huge barrier. To top it off the hostel ripped us off with our booking from what had originally been confirmed through booking.com

  I’ve booked two rooms there, each one for three nights. We booked 2 rooms with balcony, but no balcony in all the hotel. The rooms were very dirty and we spent a lot of time hunting cockroaches. I was at fifth floor and the elevator has been broken during all my staying. We rented 3 motorbikes for 3 days with the agreement to give them back during the check out, but the tried for one hour to make us pay 1 day more for each motorbike. When they realized that we were not going to pay more for the motorbike they tried to charge us 2 inexistent late check out. When I refused to pay them because we did the check out on time, they waited we left the hotel and after 5 minutes they modified my reservation on booking.com and they said that I stayed there only 1 night instead of 3 and that the room rate was only 13usd per night instead of the 20 that they charged to me. They tried to cheat me first and after they tried to cheat also Booking.com. Keep away from this fake hostel

  Super central, staff super nice, secure, basic and a cool roof. Not super clean, but not a flea pit- yet. Like a lot of hostels here, just needs some good management and deep cleaning.|Read a lot of reviews before and yes, there are indeed a lot of ants, just doing their thing! Didn’t bother us.|Would I stay again, probably not. There’s better out there for a little more $$.|If you’re on a tight budget it’s ok.

  The staff at ifriends are super friendly and really informative about the area. They speak really good English, which always helps! Despite being slightly run down, good pit stop for a night or two. Great location right with a short walk to the beach and near local restaurant and bars.

  $60AU PER NIGHT!!! = $240 for 4 nights||For a 5cm mattress. Everyday cockroaches roaming the room..||Everywhere else we stayed we were in 4 star hotel room for $20 a night for 3 of us.||So our booking 'said' $33 for 4 days. But as it was through booking.com. These guys ripped us well and truly off, as they said they couldn't get into the booking to confirm cost.||Even worse a friend of ours had a private double bed room and paid $13 per night.||I'd never stay in this cockroach infested place again.||Also having a person working at reception with no English isn't ideal.
