  Everything extrêmely clean----- stayed 3 times. The host & hostess always very helpful & pleasant. Last time they had their son staying with them.He could speak English which made things easter. Large double bed,TV, airconditioner , good sized bathroom ----- all at a reasonable price close to shops,restaurants & beach. What more could one want??

  I had 2 days at this hotel. The host here are very nice and friendly. Recommend for who want to stay at Nha Trang with a cheap price and near the beach :)

  This is an excellent guesthouse run by a lovely family. Down a quiet alley with heaps of restaurants just metres away. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach. Heart of the back packer area. Double rooms large with private bathroom, fan & air conditioning. Nothing flash but excellent budget accommodation. 150000VND single, 250000 double. No breakfast.

  An excellent family run hotel down a quiet lane in the heart of the tourist district of Nha Trang.|At 200,000 dong for a double room that could easily sleep 4 people is good value in my book. but it is only a small hotel and often is booked out so booking ahead is advisable. They speak English and are very friendly. It is also very safe as its only the family members who clean your room. I have no hesitation in recommending this place to anyone not just budget travelers.

  We arrived Ninh Binh and walking from the train station, we asked some people heading our way if they were staying in a nice hotel and they said YES!||||We followed them to Xuan Hoa hotel and what a find.||||The rooms are large and so clean, very quiet AC and fans, breakfast, wifi and all for $US20.||||We are only staying 2 nights and they serviced the room.||||Fantastic food, no need to look anywhere else.||||We arranged our tour from the hotel and they went out of their way to make sure we had the best that Ninb Binh could offer. Trang An is a stunning boat trip and going through the grottoes is something else.||||Thanks again Xuan Hoa hotel, I will be telling everyone about your hotel.

  Owners of the hotel are very friendly people anh helpfull. ||||In the nights there is a little bit noice.||||If you do not search a luxury hotel this place is a good adress.||||24 hours hot water you can find. ||||If you need taxi you can inform the reception and they will call you a cap.

  It's where I always stay in Nha Trang because it is family run which means it is friendly, safe and spotlessly clean.|My friends from Australia were very impressed with the location as it is right in the heart of the action yet dead quiet because it is down a narrow lane.|It's also only a short walk to the beach.

  Very clean, safe. The owners was friendly, especially cheap price. guest house located in main street to the beach, with a lot of mart around where we can buy anything, a lot of restaurants for foreigner and Vietnamese food as well. Near biggest square of Nha Trang. I'm sure We can't find the better place with same price.
