  We booked for just an overnighter because one of the kids had stomach issues. If we had stayed in Nha trang longer I would have booked more nights here definitely. The rooms are well cleaned, no funky smell. The price is very affordable. Great location. Across the street is the Gold Coast mall and many eating establishment. Breakfast was simple with many varieties. Staff was very nice and helpful. Overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this place for overall experience. We stayed in the family room

  We recently stayed at Annova Hotel as a family and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, with more than enough space for all of us to relax and feel at home. The generous closet space was a great bonus, and everything was consistently well maintained throughout our stay. What truly stood out was the service. The team was genuinely warm and welcoming from start to finish. Hung from Customer Service was exceptional, calm, professional, and always quick to assist with anything we needed. The reception team was also very responsive and easy to reach via WhatsApp or phone, which made everything so convenient. Nha Trang is a wonderful destination, and Annova made our trip even more memorable. We would gladly return.

  I think this might be the best hotel in Nha trang. Rooms are clean and the view is great. Located in not so noisy area and you could hear the ocean in nighttime, but not too loud. Service is great (however they could learn to speak English more). Buffet is also great, all foods were very tasty. Since pool is not open to sunlight, it could be a little cold. Thank you for a great experience ☺️.

  Definitely not 5 star. It’s dirty on the floors, dirty in the restaurant. The breakfast is very cheap, low quality. The coffee taste horrible. The sink in the shower always have problem. We were 3 people and they gave us only 2 towels. After requesting we got 3, the next day they cleaned the room and gave us only 2 again. The location is very good

  I am extremely disappointed with my stay. My room has an adjoining door with a visible gap, and the soundproofing is basically nonexistent. I could clearly hear the guest next door switching between Mandarin podcasts, including the voices and content clearly enough to tell when it changed. I can also see whether their lights are on or off, which makes me feel like they could see and hear into my room the same way. For a hotel claiming to be 5-star, this is unacceptable. A hotel room should feel private, safe, and clean. Instead, I feel like I have no privacy at all. The cleanliness was also poor. There was a sunflower seed left on the floor from a previous guest, and there were blue stains on the toilet seat. These are not small details; they show the room was not properly cleaned. When I brought these issues to reception, all I was told was that there were no rooms available tonight and they would “deal with it tomorrow.” That response made me feel like my comfort and privacy did not matter. I am not asking for luxury. I am asking for a clean room with basic privacy. This has been one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had.

  I stayed at Annova Nha Trang since January and had a consistently excellent experience. The staff are professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay.||As a regular guest since the hotel first opened, I have high expectations, and they have consistently met them.||I would especially like to recognize Chief Security, Hô Huy Trực. He is outstanding at his job, always attentive, friendly, and highly professional. His presence made the environment feel both safe and comfortable.||I would definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly return.

  We considered several hotels in Nha Trang including Vinpearl Empire, Havana, and Prince Hotel, but ultimately went with the Annova and are so glad we did!||We arrived around midnight after a long travel day, and Alex (Tai), who works the late night shift, was there to greet us and handle our check-in smoothly. He was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and he assisted us with extending our reservation and even arranged a late checkout, which made a big difference with our schedule.||Our ocean view suite on the 20th floor was amazing. Waking up to the water every morning was a highlight, and our son absolutely loved it. The hotel is also just a five minute walk to the beach, which was super convenient.||Breakfast was included with our stay, which was a great perk. They offer a solid spread of both Vietnamese and international dishes, and the menu rotates regularly so it never felt repetitive even during our extended stay.||Highly recommend the Annova if you’re visiting Nha Trang. If you happen to check in late, Alex is your guy. He goes above and beyond.

  Good location and service! Breakfast not that bad but you can skip anyway. And the room for family 2 bathroom~
