  We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and then in an apartment for another 2 months. It's a very well maintained resort with wonderful friendly staff, good food (they have hotel breakfast, seafood restaurant and a cafe, all on riverside with beautiful views). It's quiet though close to the city center. Perfect place to stay with kids, as there's a pool, craft village and plenty of safe space to ride a bike or walk.

  :We had an absolutely brilliant stay at Champa Resort in Nha Trang. The accommodation was excellent and everything felt spacious, comfortable and very well maintained.One of the highlights was the pool, which is large and kept at the perfect temperature. It was a great place to relax and cool off, especially after a day exploring.Getting around the resort is really easy as well. The buggies that take you between different parts of the resort are convenient and make moving around effortless.What we really appreciated was how quiet and peaceful it is compared to staying right in the centre of Nha Trang. You still have access to everything, but without the noise and constant activity of the city.Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you want comfort, space and a more relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommend.

  Wonderful time. Kevin at the front desk, and sous chef Richard, and both of their staff team provided us with excellent service and excellent food. They rushed to help us bring our bags in and take our bags out. We were given an upgrade and we were permitted to check out late also.|The battery operated carts took us everywhere. We wanted to go on the premises. A helpful map was provided also, and we would be morethan happy to stay here the next time we come here. Also, the air conditioning was very strong and always good to come home to shopping in the area. Our rooms were clean and they were cleaned well the entire time. We had a problem with the shower originally, but the head of came and fixed it immediately, within an hour!

  This is the third time my wife and I have stayed at the Kubera, Champa Island, Nah Trang. Why so? Simple, this establishment is first class at a reasonable price. The location is out of the chaos of Na Trang CBD whilst close enough to enjoy the CBD night life via the shuttle bus supplied by the resort. The environment is relaxing and well maintained, the rooms are spacious and professionally serviced daily. Apart from the wonderful pool and fitness centre there are a number of sporting and cultural activities that you can engage with.The staff are focused on customer service to ensure you have a fabulous stay, they are friendly, efficient and have good language skills. If your trip to Vietnam has no specific aim, then come only for the Kubera breakfast, it is a gastronomical delight, where Asian and Western palates are catered for in grand style. My final comment is "I can hardly wait to visit once again The Kubera."

  I could write an essay about how much I loved this resort and all it has to offer as well as Nha Trang itself! We were a group of 14 relaxing after a wedding week, and this resort offered us beautiful, comfy rooms, great delicious restaurants, stunning pool area with a pool bar. There was a billiard table, gym, spa, indoor and outdoor pool, etc. The spa facilities were of high quality. The service was incredible. The breakfast was good and has a good variety, however I don't think the taste of everything was the best. For example, the desserts tasted like nothing or had no sugar in it. A few western options in terms of bacon, eggs, pasta, croissants, bread and fruit. However, as a whole this resort gives you so much so this isn't a big deal to not stay there. The staff were helpful with everything and helped with a late check out too as my flight was in the afternoon. I will only stay at this resort if I ever come back to Nha Trang.

  We booked a hotel room. When we got there, we were told we got an upgrade (its a trick) but the upgrade meant being sent back away from the hotel itself to a condotel area which we didn't know. To walk from the condotel to the road, I would have to walk much further than I would have if I just stayed at the hotel itself. One evening, we ordered a pizza and the delivery guy was told motorcycles were not allowed to go back to the condotel area which I did not know of this policy. I had to take a golf cart to the hotel where the delivery guy was waiting for me right in front of the actual hotel. IF I would ahve stayed at the hotel instead of the condotel, there wouldn't have been a problem. In more professional hotels, the concierge would bring the items up to your room. They have no concept of that at this hotel/condotel. Also, the room had some deferred maintenance. The shower curtains were missing rings and were not hung properly. The knob for the bathtub stopper was loose and came off. The shower was not properly sealed causing water to drain onto the bathroom floor. They did not think it appropriate to make repairs before guest arrive. Their concept is to make repairs after guest arrive and only when requested. A reactive instead of proactive method. I do not like this hotel nor would I recommend it to others.

  We stayed as a couple with my husband. It’s a good hotel with a large area and scenic views. This hotel is located on the quite island in the middle of the river, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Free electric cars run between the buildings, and there’s also a shuttle bus to the beach. There are two swimming pools on the property as well. The food is decent, with a reasonable variety. The rooms are clean, spacious, and have balconies. The staff are very friendly and always eager to help. Special thanks to the administrator Thalya — a wonderful girl who helped us several times and even extended our room for free until our transfer.|We recommend this hotel — a great choice for the city.

  We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Champa Island Resort. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. The facilities, spa, and surroundings made our trip to Nha Trang truly special.|What made our stay even more memorable was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. A special thank you to Sara, who took such great care of us during our stay. Her warm hospitality and thoughtful help made us feel very comfortable and welcomed.|Because of the amazing service, we are leaving Nha Trang with beautiful memories. We will definitely come back to Champa Island Resort when we visit again.|Highly recommended for anyone visiting Nha Trang!
