  We stayed here as a family of five with my parents, and it was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The lobby was spotless and beautifully maintained, the rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food. The infinity pool was absolutely amazing and is definitely something you shouldn’t miss. Housekeeping also did an outstanding job every day, keeping our room fresh and spotless. My father is extremely picky when it comes to beds and bedding, but he was genuinely impressed with the quality of the mattress and pillows. He slept so well every night that he had plenty of energy to enjoy our busy travel schedule, which says a lot! The reception staff were all exceptionally kind and professional. I would especially like to thank Toai, who went above and beyond throughout our stay. We arrived with a huge amount of luggage, and he handled everything effortlessly. What impressed me the most was that he always seemed to know exactly what we needed before we even asked. On our last day, we had a late-night flight, so we left our luggage at the hotel after checking out. He took great care of our bags and even helped load everything into our airport taxi, making the entire process completely stress-free. Overall, December Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. From the excellent facilities to the outstanding service, everything was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nha Trang.

  A great hotel to spend your time when visiting Nha Trang. It is located literally in the middle of the beach front, not far from where everything happens at night and close to some super markets and coffee shops Rooms are well appointed and I love the layout with the bathroom. Try to get an ocean view room, it is worth it.ovely minibar and all is very clean. Yes I did like my stay here a lot

  I had a wonderful stay at December Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality made the experience truly special. A heartfelt thank you to Umi, Jane, Paul, and Son, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were attentive, welcoming, and always ready with a smile. Their professionalism and genuine care for guests really stood out and made the stay feel effortless. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, comfortable, and in a great location, but it’s the staff who truly elevate the experience. Their warmth and dedication made me feel incredibly well looked after. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend December Hotel to anyone visiting Nha Trang.

  Great location, just outside of main shopping, relatively a short walk or 3$ - 5$ for grab taxi. Amazing views, very relaxing & meals were tops. All staff at front-desk are so friendly & helpful. Room was perfect, so clean & very comfortable bed. All in all it was great value. Would definitely return and recommend.

  Well deserving of its high ratings online. I was a bit worried that booking through an online platform might cause issues, but everything went smoothly. When we arrived, the room felt warm and welcoming. The bathroom was spotless, the bed linens were perfectly neat, and every staff cleaner member we met in the hall greeted our family with a friendly smile. It made us feel truly welcome,

  If you are considering staying here, I would strongly recommend avoiding it. I strongly suspect this hotel is boosting its ratings with fake or seeded reviews because the actual experience is completely different from what is advertised. The property itself feels cheaply done: fake plants on every floor, low-quality printed artwork, and no real sense of a 4–5 star standard. I’ve stayed at many hotels under brands like Accor, IHG, and Fusion, so I’m very familiar with what proper service should look like. This time, I decided to try a private hotel based on the strong online reviews and marketing which, in hindsight, feels very misleading. From arrival, the service was already disappointing. No staff at the entrance, no assistance with doors, and when someone finally came to take the luggage, they didn’t even close the car trunk, leaving my partner to handle it. No welcome drink, no sit offer. Check-in was unnecessarily difficult. Staff were not wearing name tags and handled the situation poorly. I was told to contact Agoda myself because the booking name (my preferred name) didn’t match my full name ID. I understand this is the policy but the way they treat me like a scammer in public made me really upset. I made lots of booking via Agoda with preferred name and there was no problem before. It was simply poor handling and a complete shift of responsibility onto the guest. They also put Agoda on speaker at the front desk, discussing my booking publicly, which was unprofessional. The room issue made things worse. The air conditioner was extremely loud, making it impossible to sleep. Engineering tried for over an hour but couldn’t fix it. When I contacted reception (staff named Phúc), I was initially told there was no solution and that the hotel was fully booked, so a room change was not possible. I was also told to contact Agoda myself late at night if I wanted to cancel. During the repair, dust was left in the room, and instead of resolving it properly, staff sent housekeeping while internally arguing over the phone in front of me. Only after this internal confusion and back-and-forth did they suddenly arrange a temporary room change which shows the option was there but not offered upfront. The “solution” was to move me to another room for one night, then move again the next day meaning I had to pack and unpack multiple times during a short stay, which is unacceptable. Breakfast the next morning was very basic and underwhelming. Later, I was informed that one night would be refunded, but there was no apology or proper service recovery. At check-out, my luggage was left unattended in the middle of the lobby with no support. And I carried to the car myself Service also felt selective staff were noticeably more attentive to foreign guests. There are also multiple reviews mentioning staff discouraging Grab and pushing private car services, likely for commission. Overall, this was not just about facilities, but a complete failure in service, coordination, and accountability.

  We were absolutely delighted with our 14-day stay, from the very beginning to the very end!||**Pros:**||1. **Reception service** is excellent. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. For example, they helped me receive my Shopee orders three times while I was away. This is truly a high level of customer service.||2. **Hotel design** is stylish and thoughtfully done down to the smallest details. I’m quite picky and usually choose new hotels with good taste, and this one is definitely a 10/10. Every corner is perfect for photos.||3. **Breakfasts** are amazing. Even though there were a lot of guests, we always found something we liked, and even managed to get some fruit. We will definitely miss these breakfasts! Most importantly, we had no issues with food quality, and after 14 days we didn’t get bored of it, which often happens in other places.||4. **Housekeeping** is excellent. Everything was always clean and well maintained. I left tips, and even when I accidentally stained the bed sheets once, everything was handled calmly and with understanding by the staff.||5. **Swimming pool** is clean, and the water is pleasant. We only went once to take photos, but the experience was nice. The only downside is that there are not many sunbeds, so if you want one, it’s better to come early in the morning.||6. **Additionally**, there is a great coffee shop on the first floor, and right next to the hotel you can find incredibly вкусный pho bo, probably the best in Nha Trang.||**Small cons:**||1. There are very few shelves in the shower, so it was inconvenient to place personal items. An extra shelf would make things much more comfortable.||2. There are only four elevators in a tall building, so in the mornings we often had to wait 5–10 minutes. However, this is a common issue in many high-rise hotels.||3. Despite being on the third line, it can still be quite noisy, and you can hear neighboring rooms. We had neighbors with a baby, and sometimes it cried at night. We recommend bringing earplugs.||4. The beach is a bit far away, and walking back with wet towels and belongings can be tiring. It would be great if the hotel offered some kind of shuttle service, especially for families with children.||Overall, we are very happy with our stay, already miss this hotel, and will gladly recommend it to our friends!

  Excellent services provided by the hotel. The rooms look new with all the necessary amenities. Cafe at the ground level is a convenient option for hungry travellers. Staff are friendly and helpful. Thumbs up for this hotel!
