  Had an amazing stay at Diamond Bay Hotel. The location is perfect, right by the beach and close to everything in Nha Trang. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful ocean view. Breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. Special thanks to the reception team for making our stay even more memorable. Definitely a 5-star experience and highly recommended for anyone visiting Nha Trang!

  Diamond Bay Hotel is a great beachfront stay with beautiful ocean views and a convenient location right in the center of everything. The service was good, and the staff were helpful and welcoming throughout the stay. The only downside was the long waiting time for the elevators, which could be a bit frustrating, especially during busy hours. Overall, it’s a pleasant hotel with an excellent location. -1 star: the comforter was not that soft & comfortable !

  This guy on the photo should be fired, he was trying to scamming me today on the pool area. He was talking with me extremely rude and screamed, that I have to pay 100k direct to him if I would like to use a jacuzzi🤦🏼‍♀️ I was staying in this hotel many times and I though that I can recommend it to all my friends, but after today crazy situation, will definitely not to do it. The California Gym is located on the same floor as the pool area, and there are no one signs or information at the entrance to the pool area indicating that you have to pay extra for using the jacuzzi and pools. No one at the California Gym reception has ever mentioned this either, and I've been using their services for two years now. Today, I bought a daypass at the gym again, and for the first time in my entire stay in Nha Trang, I decided to relax in the jacuzzi after a tough workout. As soon as I undressed, security guard Chow attacked me, I was trying to understand what he wanted from me and he demanding that I personally hand over 100k dong direct to him and nothing else. After that, I told him to call the manager, and a nice lady from California Gym arrived. As soon as she arrived, he started twisting the whole situation around, as if I wanted to stay in the jacuzzi for free. Oh my God 🤦🏼‍♀️ I've never experienced such stress out of nowhere in my life! The sweet manager from California Gym apologized for him, and I asked the lady if he wanted to apologize, because if he really wanted to communicate like that, then he should do it with his friends and parents, not with customers! When I went down to the hotel reception, it turned out that the cost of using the pool area was 70,000, not 100,000 as Chow demanded when he yelled at me. So, I clearly understand that he just wanted to keep the money for himself, which, in my opinion, is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel that positions itself as a high-level service. I feel absolutely disgusting now, and it's only because he yelled at me 💔

  Ideally located near downtown Nha Trang, this resort offers a peaceful retreat with lush, therapeutic gardens. Rooms feature antique charm and high ceilings, while the excellent private beach and pool make it perfect for families. Friendly staff provide pampering service throughout your stay. Though some areas show age, the great value, scenic beauty, and prime location—right next to a department store and near Lotte Mart—make it a place I'd gladly return to.

  This fantastic venue has become a regular favorite of ours. The cuisine and beverages are consistently excellent, and the lively ambiance—complete with great music and ever-changing promotions—keeps things fresh. While winning is possible, the real appeal lies in the pure enjoyment of the experience. That's precisely why we keep coming back!

  This spacious suite offers panoramic ocean views and a stunning outlook over Nha Trang's promenade—a vista so beautiful it easily forgives minor hotel shortcomings. The suite includes a separate bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed. Location-wise, it's unbeatable: a shopping center sits on the hotel's ground floor, with Lotte Mart just next door.

  We had a wonderful stay at Diamond Bay Hotel Nha Trang. Our room was clean, spacious, and offered stunning ocean views. Breakfast was delicious with great variety, and the location was super convenient. What truly stood out was the exceptional service.A genuine five-star experience; highly recommended and we'll definitely return!

  This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The view is stunning, offering a clear sight of the beach and the sea. The breakfast is excellent, and both the gym and swimming pool are very well maintained. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip. See you again soon!
