Stayed 26 days. Really enjoyed the venue, breakfast, hospitality, vicinity of food choices and beach and many other things you can imagine including stunning ocean view as the Kailua Beach in Hawai'i. Most of staff in all ranks... if not all of them responded with upmost courteous attitude. I had my birthday here... they even got me an handsome birthday cake; thus, my dear wife no need to go out of her way to get me a cake. Very thoughtful and unexpected gesture of them. My special sincere, very respectful appreciations to the house keeping crews, they changed our beds with new sheets, stocked bottle waters, coffees, teas, tooth brushes, razors everyday and they responded very hastily to our needs and requests. This is NO 5-star service... and I will give 6-star with no hesitation. Only downside was that we needed more towels to prevent flooding the bathroom floor from shower. Hotel Havana Nha Trang, see you next year. Appreciate y'all!

Havana was hands down one of the top hotels I've ever stayed at. The hotel itself and location were beautiful. They have a direct underground tunnel that takes you directly from the hotel straight to the beach front. There is a private seating area for hotel guests, but it is very limited. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. As a Vietnamese person, I have to say that the Vietnamese food at their breakfast buffet was phenomenal. We made it a point to get breakfast throughout our 8-day stay. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend our stay in Nha Trang. The only downside we experienced was that there was construction happening on a couple of floors, so it was quite noisy from 8am-5pm in certain areas of the hotel. However, when we asked to change rooms, the staff accommodated us immediately with no questions asked. They even asked us to look at the new rooms to make sure we were happy with them. Overall, we had a wonderful 5-star experience and will definitely stay here again the next time we're in Nha Trang.

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend!* We had a wonderful stay here. The family room was very clean and spacious, perfect for us. Food quality was top-notch across the board. Service was exceptional, especially the bellboy who went above and beyond every single day. Loved the fresh roses in the lobby - they made everything smell amazing. The beautiful big tunnel leading straight to the beach was such a unique touch. Only tiny minus: the rooftop infinity pool was too cold and windy to swim, plus it had a bit too much chlorine. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to anyone with family!

I stayed for 18 nights at the Havana from 19 June to 7 July and I forgot to check if it was school holidays there so it was very crowded. I was on floor 31 overlooking the sea and I also had an adjoining door which I didnt like as you could hear everything. If you are early to bed, expect a lot of noise until about 10pm. I'm not sure they have double glazing on the windows as the noise almost seems like its coming from the next room. The staff were lovely and i would like to mention Trang from level 3 breakfast. She was just lovely and always tried to get me a good table. She has good English and always very welcoming. She is the employee who stands out for me. The beach across the road was at times quite dirty with litter and Havana need more sunlounges on the beach as well as around the pool. Other than that, i enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel. Lisa from Australia😀

Stayed here from 4/6 to 7/6. Overall experience is good but some faults. Gym is absolutely a joke, ancient old rusty machines. The swimming pool is amazing, The breakfast is kind of a mis match. Nothing special but the taste is good. Limited choice. The lobby area is always boiling, super hot. The staff are good. I have been to many 5 star hotels, As a frequent traveller I know what's 5 stars. At best the hotel is a 4 star. The AC is a problem in elevators and rooms, rooms have old style feel. If you want to have an overall good experience then this hotel is ok but remember it's 4 star.

Overall takeaway: This is not a 5‑star experience. While the location is convenient, several issues made the stay uncomfortable and far below expectations. Positives Very close to the city and amenities — easy access to shops, transport, and attractions Negatives Elevators overcrowded — long waiting times going both up and down, especially during peak hours. Casino experience disappointing — required exchanging money into USD before playing, which felt unnecessary and off‑putting, so we left. Nothing exciting there. Hotel‑organised tour was poor — overcrowded, and the tour guide didn’t look after the group. Room noise issues — staying on Level 12 meant extremely loud music from across the street every night. With no double‑glazed windows, sleeping was very difficult. Faulty room fans — they turned on by themselves. Reported to reception, they have fixed on the same day, but the issue continued until we left, we din't bother anymore to tell them. Unsafe pool/sauna area — floors on Level 5 were constantly wet with no warning signs. Very slippery and dangerous; I almost fell. Breakfast chaos — overcrowded, people pushing through, and overall rude behaviour from other guests. Final Thoughts The location is the only real advantage. Everything else — from noise and safety concerns to poor service and overcrowding — makes it hard to recommend this hotel as a 5‑star property. Also, forgot to mention, in the hotel restaurant they always gave me menu in Russian language, before asking me. English menu will much more appreciated. With some major improvements, it could offer a much better experience, but for now, it falls short. Disappointed stay, won't be returning back.

Had a wonderful stay at Havana Nha Trang Hotel. The location is excellent, close to the beach, food options, and many attractions around Nha Trang. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Breakfast selection was good and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable and relaxing. The only small issue was the air conditioning, as it seemed fixed at 23 degrees and could not be lowered, so the room was not as cool as expected. Other than that, everything else was great and I still enjoyed my stay very much. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nha Trang.

item lost in room, I have exactly left it at bedside table instead of on the bed, before we left for a island hopping trip when returned after housekeeping missing although we searched whole room and they couldn’t find it and we have to leave today, ||We took the package Dinner for our final night stay and the service was really bad as we finish meal and husband still not received his main course. When my meal came I ask for tomato and chilli sauce but never came, food quality was acceptable/nice but the experience ruined it||Hotel way too busy with tourists and understaffed to accommodate, poor service , dated rooms. The only thing we enjoyed is the breakfast with much variety every morning.
