  My stay at InterContinental Nha Trang was an exceptional and truly memorable experience. The hotel’s sophisticated atmosphere and excellent facilities provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. I was particularly impressed with the Club Lounge service, which was impeccably managed and added great value to our stay. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Quyen, whose professional and warm service truly stood out. Quyen went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was attended to, making us feel incredibly welcome and well-cared for. Her dedication to service excellence is a credit to the team. Thank you, Quyen and the entire staff at InterContinental Nha Trang, for making our trip so special. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nha Trang.

  i was there for my birthday celebration. Everything was so lovely, and just right perfect! From the doorman, font desk to housekeeping, poolman, and restaurant's staff, everyone was super friendly and caring. It did make my birthday trip memorable. I loved how they went extra miles to solve any issues, like fixing the internet in the room,... Nothing to complain. Thanks for being so thoughtful and professional!

  I had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Nha Trang. The hotel has an excellent location, making it very convenient to explore the city, and the room was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. What truly stood out was the exceptional level of service from the concierge team and Ms. Van Vo. After I had already moved on to another country, I realized I had forgotten an important item in my hotel room. Ms. Van Vo and her team were extremely professional, responsive, and helpful in assisting me to retrieve it. Their efficiency and genuine care went far beyond my expectations. This is truly top-notch customer service and a great example of hospitality done right. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nha Trang and would gladly stay here again.

  Our stay at the InterContinental Nha Trang was nothing short of exceptional. While the hotel is situated on the vibrant and bustling Trần Phú street, the moment you step into the reception area, the city's energy fades away, replaced by an immediate sense of tranquility. The location is incredibly convenient—centrally located for easy access to shopping and dining, and just steps away from the beautiful sands of Nha Trang beach.||Thanks to our IHG Gold Elite status, we were upgraded to a beautiful King Classic Ocean View room on a high floor. The room was impressively spacious and thoughtfully designed, featuring a large bathroom and a gorgeous, sweeping view of the coast. The bed and linens were so comfortable they guaranteed a restful night's sleep every evening. We also want to extend a special thanks to the housekeeping team for their meticulous twice-daily service, which kept our "sanctuary" feeling fresh throughout our stay|The main attraction at the InterContinental remains its legendary breakfast buffet. Even after many years, the quality is remarkably consistent. The selection is perfectly curated—not overwhelming, but diverse enough to satisfy every international palate. We were delighted every morning by the high-quality offerings from the egg station, bakery, and fresh juice bar.|As Vietnamese living abroad, we were particularly impressed by the Vietnamese cuisine. Chef assistant, Ms. Kim Khâm does an incredible job; her dishes are authentic, well-prepared, and feature a rotating variety that kept us excited each day. We had the pleasure of meeting her and truly appreciated her attentiveness and care for the guests.|The dining room staff is truly superb, and we would like to specifically acknowledge Mr. Lợi ( dining supervisor) , Mr. Nam and Ms. Linh Thảo for their professional and gracious service.|The InterContinental Nha Trang remains our "go-to" hotel in the city. After all these years, it still upholds its reputation as a true 5-star destination. For us, it is a peaceful retreat that welcomes us back every time we return from the lively "hustle and bustle" of downtown Nha Trang. We can’t wait for our next visit!

  3 nights in an Ocean View. Grateful for being given a corner room ( as slightly more space ) in an already large room. Clean and everything as expect. Tub, great shower etc. ||Note the Ocean View is either facing left (minority of the beach) or right ( towards VinPearl Island and the majority of the beach). ||Very dedicated breakfast staff and wide variety of enjoyable food for all tastes.||Great location where there is a choice of 3 quality international hotels in the vicinity. Chose Intercon as I liked the look of the pool and I wasn't disappointed. Some towels were quite dirty though.||Overall, an excellent stay with superb staff. Many thanks ; hope to return soon.

  Stunning hotel right on the beach with views of Ha Long Bay, it was foggy but that made it interesting. All rooms face the water, with floor to ceiling windows. We had a balcony. There are two wings, not sure which is better. Hotel staff is internationally trained to welcome guests. Lobby, restaurant, rooms -- all are gorgeous. Only ate at the main dinning room, we purchased half board. No issues with the food, totally amazing, service was slow at dinner but who cares. Breakfast buffet was vast with so many delicacies, basically anything you'd want for breakfast. Pool was A+ too. A few minor irritations (luggage will be in your room when you get back...which was not the case, so had to wait 1/2 before dinner) but sooo minor.

  The room was perfect and the entire staff created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Their friendly and helpful nature made our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The cleaners transformed our room into a lovely space and we truly appreciated their hard work.

  We had a group vacation of three rooms, all of us visiting Nha Trang for the first time. Very glad we chose this hotel. Perfect location for exploring the city. ||Some of us are Diamond Ambassador level with IHG One Rewards as well as having lounge access as Milestone reward. We had booked into a High Floor Ocean View room. It is unclear if they would have been able to upgrade us for the required one level as an Ambassador, but the hotel reached out with a paid upgrade to a Junior Suite at a very low price. It was a high occupancy period and the price was so low for the upgrade, I opted for it just to have the extra space. Having seen the other non-upgraded room, it really was not that important. All of the rooms are nice. Additionally for the other person, since they were not upgraded, they should have received 10K points compensation for not being given the upgrade as an Ambassador as they were in the room type they booked, but that was never mentioned. ||In the Club Lounge and Cookbook Cafe, all of the staff were just fantastic. After our first full day at VinWonders, we arrived back at the hotel tired and hungry. The buffet had just closed at 9 and no one was in the restaurant, but the staff invited us in anyway and fed us off the menu. We really appreciated it. In the Club Lounge the staff were attentive and helpful, and the food was delicious. LOVED the view. This was our favorite Club Lounge in quite a while. We will definitely be back. Thao and Nga seemed to always be around. I hope I have their names spelled correctly. ||The room and bed were comfortable, the bathroom large. We did not have any issues with the room. The view out over the bay was breathtaking. If you are going here, you absolutely should splurge for the ocean view room.||We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Nha Trang.
