  We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Residences Nha Trang. Our apartment was spacious and very comfortable, with a separate bedroom, living room, and a fully equipped kitchen, which made the stay feel much more like a home than a typical hotel room. One of the best features were the two balconies. From there we enjoyed beautiful views over the city and the beach, especially in the morning and in the evening when the skyline lights up. The location of the hotel is very strategic. It sits right on Tran Phu Street, directly across from the beach, and many restaurants, cafés, and shops are within easy walking distance. The building also offers excellent facilities. There is a nice swimming pool and a well-equipped gym on the second floor, which are perfect for relaxing or staying active during your stay. The hotel also has two restaurants, offering convenient dining options without even leaving the property. Another great advantage is that guests can use the beach sunbeds across the street, which makes spending time by the sea very easy and comfortable. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay in Nha Trang if you want the comfort of an apartment combined with the services of a luxury hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

I was delighted to be assigned a Twin Suite room on a high floor with a stunning sea view. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a living room area, washing machine, and private kitchen, making my stay very convenient. Thank you Housekeeping team for the cleanliness by the way!! The service from your team was outstanding, and I would like to extend my appreciation to the Front Office team, Ms. Nguyệt AFOM, Mr. Thy, the pool staff, and all the other staff members who provided warm and attentive support throughout my stay. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. The beach is just across the street, and the iconic Tram Hương Tower is less than a minute away. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nha Trang.   Wonderful staff. We are Diamond elite and Intercontinental Ambassadors status. We stayed for three weeks. We were not given an upgrade. But our room 2011 was very quiet and well appointed. It was very nice. No club room but we received free breakfast which was amazingly delicious. The staff in the restaurant were absolutely the best. All the front desk were great especially Mr Trung and Mr Huy. I would name more but I did not get all their names. Every request was fulfilled with a smile. Love this place.

  We stayed here for our vacation and enjoyed every moment at Intercontinental Residences Nha Trang. Great spacious residence for big family. Very clean, new and near residence. Great breakfast at Kintan restaurant and in-room service. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel during visit to Nha Trang. Very close to all activities of the city. Private beach where friendly staff do their best to accommodate your relax time.

  I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and professional, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. Everything was well organized, making the experience relaxing and enjoyable. The only suggestion I would make is regarding the lobby waiting area and the swimming pool. A larger check-in lobby with more seating would provide greater comfort during busy hours. Additionally, expanding the pool area would greatly enhance the guest experience and make the property even more attractive for families and vacation travelers. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would gladly return in the future. Highly recommended!

  Nhatrang Vietnam,|"A truly flawless experience from check-in to check-out. The staff was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled.|I actually made a mistake and booked the wrong date for my stay, which could have been a disaster. However, the hotel manager (Mrs. Nguyet) went out of her way to find a room for me immediately and resolve the issue with zero stress.|The room itself was immaculate, quiet, and featured high-end amenities that made a huge difference in my comfort. It is rare to find this level of genuine care and professionalism. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!"

  Perfect location with lovely staff. |If you need a room with washing machine and microwave kitchen etc.. |this is the perfect place to stay! |We had a great time with friendly staff.|If you are IHG Member you can also eat hotel side buffet with 20% discounts|But of course residence breakfast also good with semi buffet and à la carts menu!|One thing not really satisfied is WiFi signal is not good always lost :( |가족끼리 오면 여기가 좋아요

  The hotel is simply incredible — it exceeded all our expectations. Clean, beautiful, and very comfortable. Everything feels luxurious and elegantly designed. The rooms are spacious with a wonderful view.It’s perfect for traveling with children — our child was absolutely delighted with the bunk bed room and even managed to do homework there. Overall, the space is thoughtfully designed for everyone, taking each person’s interests into account.And the breakfast — what a masterpiece! Truly magical. It feels elite, boutique, and luxurious. We loved everything and highly recommend this hotel. The highest possible rating from us.We are already looking forward to returning to this country and staying at this very hotel again.
