⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Family Stay at Muong Thanh Luxury Our family recently enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay here. The location is unbeatable—situated right in the heart of the action, just a quick walk across the street to the beach and a couple of blocks from the vibrant walking streets. Highlights of our stay: * Service: A truly warm welcome from the entire team. From the receptionists and room service to the security staff, everyone was professional and kind. * Room Comfort: The hotel is well-maintained. Our room was spotless, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring our family had great sleep throughout our trip. * Dining: The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of high-quality Vietnamese cuisine—a great way to start the day. 💡 Suggestion for Improvement: To further elevate the guest experience and overall ambiance, I would recommend enhancing the lighting system. Adding more brightness to the lobby, hallways, restaurant, and guest rooms would make the spaces feel even more modern and inviting. Overall, a great choice for families. We look forward to returning!

My family went to Nha Trang for 10 days and spent 4 days in this hotel. Everything was awesome. The food, the pool, the spa were all good. Wish we could stay here longer.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel! It was very clean, the staff was very friendly and quite helpful in providing recommendations for safe, good excursions. Especially Duy, he was diligent with coordinating and booking for us. I would recommend this hotel for those looking to explore Nha Trang! Being right across from the beach was a huge bonus too for the days we wanted to stay close to the hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. This time, I stayed here for a company trip. The room was very spacious, more than enough for one person. All the amenities were well prepared, and the room was kept very clean. I was especially impressed by a staff member at the front desk named Phuong. When I told her that I wanted to rent a motorbike, she gladly helped and assisted me with everything. What moved me the most was that, based on my rental time, I would normally have been charged for two full days, which would have cost more. However, she negotiated on my behalf, and I was able to rent it for just one day’s rate. This was truly an impressive and memorable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

This is a great place for local Vietnamese people. The staff here were very cold and impersonal to us. Other than that, its a beautiful hotel... and it was expensive! They were nice when they were taking our money!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for one week. When we arrived there was not one person greeting us or taking our bags. As we arrived at the desk there was not a warm welcome and we produced our passports to check in and were told they will hold them. I said absolutely not. This was a first ! Who takes your passport to keep. They call this luxury hotel but was not getting that feeling at all. The rooms are outdated and windows have a film of dirt on them . We had breakfast included. We went for breakfast and not once did anyone ask for your room number. The staff on the breakfast buffet and cleaning tables deserve a raise! I had never in my whole life seen such a display of people taking more food than they could eat and being rude to the staff. What a waste of food . You need to reevaluate how your hotel would like to be seen . It most certainly is not Luxury by any stretch. Start by customer service when people arrive. Truly disappointed.

Hotel is too crowded. The facilities is quite old. Room is very dark in night time, not enough the lamp and lamps are dark yellow. Very good location.

Great hotel overlooking the Nha Trang beach, with very friendly staff. I checked in just hours before the New Year eve music festival and fireworks display began in the beachside city square, located next to this hotel. The reception staff gave me a corner room directly overlooking the square. So I watched the fireworks display from my 20th-floor room.||The breakfast is one of the best I have had in any hotel in Vietnam.||One disappointment, however, was a heavily leaking shower in my bathroom, which resulted in inordinately long time in taking a shower. The housekeeping staff ought to check that everything is working fine in the bathroom before informing the reception that the room was ready for check-in.
