  We have travelled the world for well over 50 years and honestly, this is probably the best value / quality hotel we have stayed in. Great room, fabulous staff, quality restaurants and breakfast and absolutely top service. Nothing too much trouble - the owners/managers/staff all need congratulating. We stayed 11 nights in room 407 - the view from the balcony is amazing. If we ever come to Nha Trang again (and why not - it’s a lovely place to visit in January) we will undoubtedly stay at The Sunrise Hotel and Spa.

  If you’re looking for a quiet vacation where you can listen to the soothing sound of ocean waves, watch the sunrise early in the morning, and take beautiful photos, Sunrise Nha Trang can be a good option. Breakfast offers a variety of choices, and you can enjoy daily walks along the beach and swim in the sea every day. We stayed here for 6 days, and overall everything was fine and felt safe. However, the room we stayed in honestly could not be rated 5 stars, even though it was cleaned every day. The ceiling light was too dim, the balcony light and one room light were not working, and the bathroom had water leaking onto the floor outside, making it slippery and easy to fall if you’re not careful. The towels were inconsistent—some thin, some thick—and did not feel new 😎. During breakfast, we noticed a few staff members speaking loudly and even discussing guests, which negatively affected our experience. Every day brings a new joy. We hope you will have a better experience with the service here.

  Honestly, I was very disappointed with my experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff did not seem welcoming or helpful, and the overall service felt unprofessional. I also personally felt judged by the way I was treated during check-in, possibly because I was dressed casually and not in a very luxurious way. It gave me the feeling that I was being looked down on, which was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. When an issue happened, some female staff members from the department came to the reception desk to handle it, but their communication was very rigid and uncomfortable. Their attitude did not feel polite or appropriate for customer service, which made the situation even more unpleasant. The room itself also looked very old and poorly maintained. It did not feel clean, comfortable, or worth the price. Overall, the atmosphere, service quality, and staff behavior made my stay stressful rather than enjoyable. I honestly expected a much better experience from this hotel

  We really enjoyed our stay at Sunrise. Breakfast was included in our reservation and was really convenient to go downstairs and have every morning. The room was quite spacious and the bed was very large! It was a Deluxe King room and the bed was essentially two double beds pushed together so there was plenty of room for me and my partner. We loved the view from our balcony and would stay here again in the future. Very clean and the staff were very friendly too.

  Stayed here many years ago very impressed, this time extremely disappointed, we had booked a deluxe room for 11 nights the room was absolutely beautiful with a balcony etc. unfortunately the shower was over the bath and very high I’m 81 years old difficult and dangerous for me to get over the bath, my wife pointed this out to the receptionist who reluctantly offered us another room this turned out to be a standard room without a balcony in fact dark & gloomy the view was to the poolside toilets, after several more complaints we were told nothing could be done. Absolutely dissatisfied & disappointed with the hotel be glad to leave.

  I wouldn't recommend this place to someone who is on their homeymoon! We informed them that it was our honeymoon and they wanted a marriage certificate. I was never asked for this from other hotels that I stayed in Vietnam! When we arrived to the room there was no homeymoom theme done to the room. I informed them of this so they did the decorations in a different room so we had to change to a smaller room. When we arrived it was just two swans on a bed. I don't understand why they were making such a big deal about the marriage certificate when they were just making two swans out of towels. ||The hotel itself was fine and the pool was lovely. I felt it was more suited for familes than couples

  We enjoyed our 3 week stay at this lovely hotel very much. Our room was spacious with stunning sea views from the balcony and was cleaned daily to a high standard. All the public areas in the hotel were spotless. The staff were friendly and efficient, special mention for Huong who went out of her way to help us. Breakfast was varied and tasty. We also used Apanda travel for many interesting and fun day trips with local guide Thau and driver Duy. Thau even organised an overnight trip to Dalat at our request which was really memorable. Thanks to all.

  Pleasant beachfront hotel. Situated a short distance from the livelier part of town, close enough to walk over and far enough that it’s possible to have a quiet night’s sleep. The morning breakfast buffet is decent and has both international and local cuisines. It is accompanied by a live pianist in the lobby.The restaurant is a popular photo taking spot for local couples and models, which you will see everyday.Overall, a very pleasant stay and would come back again.
