The 24-hour check-in was super convenient, and the room was clean with a great view. I didn’t experience the long elevator wait times that some other reviews mentioned. There’s a spa, gym, and pool on the 6th floor, which was nice. I didn’t go, but you can also take a separate elevator in the lobby to reach the rooftop pool.

5 Star for Vietnam, tbs. Unfortunately, the top floor infinity pool is an extra charge of approximately 25% of the cost of the room. Nice lunch and pool combo (very good food) which makes a day at the rooftop pool much more economical. The concierge, MinPhong makes this place 5 star. Super fast response time and perfect solutions for any possible problems or need. Plan on the elevators taking a rediculously long time to arrive.

Before booking this hotel, I read many reviews and honestly expected the worst. But in reality, none of the problems mentioned happened to us. We booked a sea view studio. There were no cockroaches or insects and no bad smell. The concierge service was very responsive and helped quickly with any requests. Every day we received fresh water and clean towels. The only downside is the elevators — the waiting time can be quite long, which many reviews mention. When checking out, my deposit was returned immediately. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This building apparently has a lot of names with “Panorama”; we stayed at the Panorama Wins Residences. Except for the horrible elevators, The facility and location were excellent. The room was nicely decorated, views amazing, awesome big balcony, nice soaking tub, comfortable bed. We had a reservation for 13 nights but the staff gave us so much hassle about wanting a cash payment when we arrived. Who pays cash for hotel stays, especially that large of an amount? Our reservation stated “cash payment not accepted” under the payment section so we refused. They tried to charge us 5% extra for credit card and we refused. Finally they allowed us to check in with credit card only if we canceled our reservation! I believe it was to avoid paying the reservation vendor their fee. It felt wrong. The cleaning staff did not seem to be on a routine schedule. Sometimes they came in the morning, other times they came so late in the day it was disturbing our enjoyment of the room so we had to skip cleaning. Not very organized. Even if we asked them to clean while we were out, there were different cleaning crews some for hotel, some for residence, and you didn’t know who to ask. The facility description stated “free on-site parking” but that was a lie, we had to pay every time we exited the parking garage. It also stated there were pools but none were available to us unless we paid a fee depending on which pool (rooftop costs more). I just felt nickel & dimed to death here. Overall the place was good but there were a lot of annoyances associated with this stay.

Good location, I would expect more for the price, waiting on the lifts can be frustrating, breakfast not included by choice however I think you can get better value elsewhere, had to pay for towels at the pool and roof top pool access was at a cost, seriously go elsewhere

The lobby can be crowded and smelly (human sweaty smell) as the same lobby serves many different hotels in the building. It became normal when less crowded. We had the sea view studio with balcony on the 16th floor. There was a 20K VND per bag fee if you arrive early and want the hotel to temporarily store your bags. Many reviews of the smell are true. It's the old, musty smell. When we first set foot in the room, we saw a newly cleaned room with drying floor and no smell. But after we went out for a while and came back, the room has a strong old smell. Perhaps it's the central air with old filter. We had to open the balcony door to let the air out. Despite this, the smell only lessened a little bit. We kept the balcony door open all night. It was loud, of course, from the street music and ocean waves. It was unbearable to sleep from the smell and the noise. The room was ok. We saw some moldy edges in the bathroom, but not bad for the price, but not the smell. It's a no repeat for us even with the cheap price and good location.

Terrible hotel — total scam! False advertising and cheating guests This is by far the most dishonest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They proudly advertise a “rooftop pool with panoramic view,” but in reality, they don’t even let guests use it. When I tried to go there, they refused entry and demanded an extra payment — even though it’s clearly listed as an included facility. This isn’t a misunderstanding — it’s intentional deception. The information online is completely false and misleading. You don’t feel like a guest here — you feel like someone they try to squeeze money out of at every opportunity. The staff is indifferent and unhelpful, and every complaint is ignored unless it involves paying extra. If you value honesty, comfort, and basic respect — avoid this place at all costs. This isn’t a hotel, it’s a tourist trap. Shameful experience and absolutely not worth it.

I made a reservation at Nha Trang Monaco Apartment Panorama for February 20–22, 2026 through Expedia. After completing the booking, I decided to visit the building in advance to confirm the check-in procedure.||At both reception desks in the building I was told that there is no company or accommodation with this name located there. According to the staff, they regularly see travelers arriving with booking confirmations who are unable to find this “hotel”.||On the day of check-in I returned to the same building and received exactly the same response. The reception staff again confirmed that they do not know any accommodation operating under the name Nha Trang Monaco Apartment Panorama and have no connection to it. Attempts to contact the property through the booking platform were unsuccessful — no one answered the calls.||As a result, I was left without accommodation on the day of arrival and had to urgently search for another place to stay during a very busy holiday period.||My conclusion and advice to other travelers is very simple:|do not book Nha Trang Monaco Apartment Panorama and avoid any connection with this “property”. There is a serious risk of arriving and discovering that no real accommodation exists.
