It was good to stay for the first night. We checked in very late, at around 2:30am due to a delay in flight, but we had a taxi reserved by the hotel beforehand (for 360000vnd) so no concerns were made. The room was pretty clean, and the pool seemed very nice with a good view of the city. The location is spot on with CCCP and BahnMi Phan right around the corner. The staff seemed very busy and tired (seemed annoyed almost), and we waited ~15 min during checkout. But, the spa that we reserved for at the last minute made up for everything. It is definitely on my top 3 list for all the massages I have ever gotten. My partner thinks the same. The staff there is super nice and enthusiastic, while the price is more than half of the price of other shops out there. Highly recommend.

Early check-in is possible. Don't wait for a long time without knowing. There is a noise problem, but the air conditioner is quiet and smoking is allowed on the balcony. The water quality is not good, so bring a shower filter. It is easy to access downtown.

Good quality with best cost. There is near the city and night-market.

Not really sure about all the 5stars I see here… I don’t understand the need to leave a passport as deposit while checking in when cash can be deposited instead… The room toilet is not great at all as well. Breakfast and hotel facilities are so-so.

I went 3 times in this hotel in two years. It is well located, design of the room is great but there are several problems in my opinion that’s why I stopped going here. - you have to leave your passport or 500.000vnd on arrival. I do not find this normal. - the gym is too small - the insulation of the rooms is very average. We hear a lot of street noise. - the hotel becomes very noisy and full. - the prices are only increasing year by year while the hotel is getting old and not renovated

Smell in the room number, one bed for two big man without any room type change option possible, dirty balcony glasses preventing any adequate city/sea view. Food is fine, cleaning is regular, placement is fine as well, conditioner works. High language barrier, but that's most possibly a regional issue

I didn't even stay overnight to get to the airport on December 06. I needed an extra key when I checked in, and the staff asked me for $10 for it. They told me they gave me two keys when I checked out, and I left the $10 receipt in my room. But the staff told me they'd check the room, and I said, what do you mean, $10 is a deposit for the key, and I asked for a $10 deposition because the key was returned. Then the staff told me that if I gave you $10, you'd go back to the airport or anywhere, and they'd give you back another $10. I got angry at the news and asked what kind of fraud I was, and the staff returned the $10. I made a pledge that I got the $10 back, and at that moment I knew that the staff had cheated on me. If you were going to write me a pledge, why would you give me back? Why would I get this insult for lying like that... I'm never going to go back to a hotel like this.

Hotel is good. We liked breakfast, it was full of different meals. Room is clean. Service is pleasant. But location for us was not the best, because it was difficult to go to beach by foot, it was rather far for us( we were with 3 year old baby) so we used taxi every day.
