Absolutely recommend this hotel, was just great! Spotless and clean rooms, some of them with a nice seaview. There's a swimming pool in he 27th floor that sadly we didn't use due it was too cold an windy. There's a full gym beside. Breakfast was served daily, wide range of plates, fruits and loads of options, very tasty. The staff was the highlight, everyone there was very kind and helpful. Random fact they will retain your passport at the check-in (I was shocked at first knowing that's not even legal, but it's a guarantee if you don't want to leave a deposit). Special mention to a team member, Thuin/Twin (not sure how to spell it), but he was so kind, friendly and helpful during our stay, he was mostly at the breakfast service or bar and always receive us with a big smile and sympathy. I was amazed he didn't was part of the front desk team since he speaks better English than everyone there, and even a little of few other languages! Gracias Thuin!

The room is spacious, and the price and location are reasonable. Special thanks to Ms. Mai from the sales team, she is really friendly, helpful, and very supportive.

It is an old hotel with relatively refreshed room although with a very poor design of a bathroom well the water is spilling all over the floor. The photos of the swimming pool definitely does not reflect the actual pool as there is only one sunbed in a very poor condition. On top of that the water in the pool in freezing cold and there is barely any sun going towards it becasue of the roof on top of it. Receptionists speaks English... until the moment you gonna ask anything then they dont understand at all. Would we start here again... well I'll be honest no. The selection on the breakfast is so poor that I've been eating only eggs and bread rolls and fruits. Everything else is uneatable, sadly. There was a spa and another restaurant but both dead so when the lift opens you feel like you are in an abandoned hotel. Definitely lots to improve. On top of that housekeeping leaves you for two people only single tiny bottle of shampoo and shower Gell... I bet because it is so precious and expensive, felt like a joke.

Kinda dirty. Pool filter was covered with mildew. Nice gym but opens late. Went up there around 8 and it is still locked. Breakfast was below average

Hotel is very irresponsive to my cancellation request. It was my mistake to book a hotel in vietnam since I am in Cambodia, and money cannot be refunded

Poor internet, old hotel, moderately clean, two cockroaches during a two day stay, the only advantage is the price

This hotel has so much untapped potential. Their 5 star rating seems to be self proclaimed. In the photos, you see several lounge chairs at the pool...in reality, there's only one. The breakfast on days that they have a lot of guests is very good, but when they're not full, the options felt like a homeless kitchen. The wifi was weak...I've had better wifi in hostels. Upon check-in, they want to keep your passport...I had to argue to keep mine. The passports and invoices are not secured...they are just behind the reception desk. Either of these issues by itself is not a problem, but combined, I felt was unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. It's just my opinion. 3 stars seems more appropriate.

After reading lots of positive reviews I had high hopes, but they did not last long. The room was dirty, cockroaches on arrival, the pillow cases had not been washed as they were stained and did not smell fresh. The toilet seat was also dirty. The room was not cleaned between our 2 nights either so I had to ask for more Toilet paper at reception. The breakfast was okay but not the best. The staff were okay, but compared to the Usual helpful nature of the Vietnamese the staff here were not too friendly. They hold your passport until you leave, which is fine, but upon checkout they take ages to check your room and hold your passport hostage until given the all clear, so make sure you're down in good time if you need to catch a flight which I did. Despite being advertised, the spa can no longer be used which is part of the reason we chose this hotel. The pool bar is nothing more than a refrigerator behind a desk. The pictures make this look really nice and luxurious, however, what we received and the facilities that were on offer were nothing like the high quality of the pictures. I'd recommend staying elsewhere.
