  Great hotel and professional staff. My family and I had a wonderful trip in Nha Trang at the Mercure hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, which is my first priority. The location is great, with a front view of the beach. I could just chill in my room and enjoy the sunrise till sunset. But what impressed me was the warm welcome from the staff and especially the front office supervisor, Khoa. He is outstanding in supporting guests, my request was out of his job scope, related to my personal currency issue, but surprisingly he still took out his personal time to help me. He represents the people of Nha Trang, who are kind and full of enthusiasm. We look forward to coming back again and appreciate all the support so we can enjoy our vacation.

  Stunning views and excellent service!!! I had a wonderful stay here. The room was bright, modern, and perfectly clean, with a breathtaking ocean view. The location is central and very convenient for exploring the city. The staff truly stood out—they were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. While the breakfast selection is limited, the quality of the food is excellent. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

  I stayed at Mercure Nha Trang Beach for 2 nights and had a great experience overall. The hotel is very nice, the staff provided excellent service, and the room was clean with a beautiful view. There was some noise at times because the hotel is located next to the main road, but it was not a big issue for me. What I really liked about this hotel was its beachfront location, making it very convenient for traveling around and finding food nearby. The hotel also offers breakfast, and the swimming pool was clean and enjoyable. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nha Trang.

  I had an extremely enjoyable stay at the Mercure Nha Trang Beach hotel. My room was meticulously clean and modern, which made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The view of the beach from the balcony was spectacular. The staff at the hotel were all very helpful. The buffet breakfast was really good, I liked the selection of local dishes. Overall a great stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

  The hotel is very new. Room and beddings are very modern, comfy, offering a great relaxing stay. The view is best of the strip because it’s facing the blue ocean, the surrounding green islands and the lush park in front. I truly love the clear, blue water of Nha Trang. Moreover, during my stay, there was an unexpected issue occurred, the hotel management, especially Mr. Tú, FOM have instantly taken care of the matters, keeping up with the high standard of Accor - I thank you very much and definitely highly recommend Mercure Nha Trang, as well will come back often. The hotel offers free outdoor car parking. The location is very vibrant, very convenient for F&B and nightlife as well as beach lounging.

  Had a wonderful stay here. The hotel staff took really good care of us and the breakfast buffet that was included was really tasty. We were right across from the beach and our room had a beautiful view of the whole beach. My advice is to definitely wake up early around 4:30am to watch the sunrise, it is beautiful. Check in and check out times are also better than most hotels I have stayed at.

  I have stayed in several Accor hotels across Vietnam and in other countries, after retiring from work. As a result, it is easy to observe which Accor hotels have the WOW factor. In my experiences, there are Accor hotels that stand out as WOW, and Mercure Nha Trang Beach is one of these.||The WOW factor here for my stay is surely the people who look after us. From the minute I walked in until now, the warmth, care for details, hospitality are all indeed world-class. Whether by Mr. Tu, Front Office Manager, or his team members (Ms. Tracey, Ms. Lisa, Mr. An, Mr. Khoa, Ms. Q and Ms. T) or by the F&B Team, headed by Mr. Thien and well-looked after by Mr. Darren. My thanks also go to Ms. Mai, Ms. Min and the Chefs. Likewise for the Concierge and Housekeeping, who all are pro-active, friendly and ready to assist.||I extended my stay from an initial 1 night twice to a total of 7 nights. The hotel is small enough to have intimate and family-like hospitality. Guests come from Vietnam and all around the world, and the diversity still allows a feeling that we are in among a beautiful Vietnamese community embracing many nationalities.||The public beach is directly across the road, and we receive fresh towels from the Front Desk each time we walk across. In my opinion, the Beach compares well to beaches in Sydney Australia, with the bonus of being directly across from Mercure. Nighttime, the sounds of the waves are calming and fantastic to fall asleep to.||Due to their stand-out and world-class hospitality, I attached a photo collage that brings together my encounters with heartists across different functions in this hotel. I also refer to my favourite heartists, Mr. Darren, Mr. An and Ms. Mai. ||Finally, being an Accor member, I observed how careful the Team was with Accor procedures. Including the awarding of points immediately after each extension.

  Excelllent beach view, well located and supportive staff. Breakfast wss great with delicous foood. The restaurant for breakfast was small but well organized.
