Great location. Close to many shops and cafes. Wonderful view of the sea from my room. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the breakfast provided. My hotel room was clean and spacious. Will definitely come back again in the future.

Everything was perfect. The location deserves 100 stars. The breakfast was also very good. The room was clean and had a beautiful sea view. I will definitely stay here again when I visit Nha Trang.

For the price point I would challenge anyone to find a better hotel. Location: As prime as it gets... next to the Hyatt! View: Million dollars and better than the Hyatt which sits slightly back and behind this hotel. Value: 1.2m vnd per night... good sized, well equipped room, very clean/comfortable with huge balcony. Breakfast: included and plentiful, regularly topped up with very attentive staff. The hotel is a little dated and not particularly chic, but nothing is broken or in poor condition and it was spotlessly clean. Exceptional!

The best hotel value. Superb 5 star location I. The heart of Nha Trang! Across the road is the beach. Location is 3min walk to the night markets and other conveniences! No wonder it is fully booked all the time!

I stayed at the Nha Trang Lodge Hotel from May 12–13 and was quite disappointed with my experience, particularly regarding the front desk service. What I liked: Great Location: The hotel is located right at the center of the beach, which is very convenient. What needs to improve: Unprofessional Staff: The receptionist on duty during our check-in was very unprofessional. Front desk staff need to maintain a polite, welcoming, and respectful attitude toward guests. It is clear that the team requires basic hospitality training before interacting with customers. Hotel service should feel warm, but that was unfortunately completely lacking during my encounter. Room Issues: We booked a total of five rooms for our group. Unfortunately, two of the rooms were super hot because the air conditioning units did not work properly. While the beach location is excellent, the poor staff attitude and faulty AC ruined the stay. I hope management addresses these training and maintenance issues immediately.

*EDIT AFTER REPLY* I speak little Vietnamese, but that is no reason for a rude man who does not speak English to start beating his chest and shouting 'Vietnam' like a lunatic, wanting to fight me simply because I'm foreign. This man was not even part of the conversation, he overheard and decided to show his lack of education. The photo clearly shows that the incident was not in the street and I will not stay at your very poor quality hotel. Very rude man at reception, unhelpful and offensive for no apparent reason. Treating staff and guests like second class citizens, swearing and using bad language (including middle finger).

My wife I had checked in Nha Trang Lodge for 3 weeks starting mid-August 2025. We enjoyed our sea facing small room with a single King Bed very much as we always did every time we had a chance to spend time here. We knew the hotel staff well and they knew us, especially the front desk.||It’s part of our renewed honeymoon and we always invited our daughter who lives in Nha Trang to come and have breakfast with us in the hotel several times a week. On the third week, we were waiting in a CROWD for an elevator to go up to the restaurant. We heard a loud voice coming from a VERY experienced staff member at the front desk, a distance away from us at the elevator – quote unquote: “WHO IS THIS WOMAN?”. My wife answered him in a low, polite voice and she really thought that he was just curious while she was wondering why he asked such the question in a loud manner from a far away distance like he did with an irritating, annoying and unsmiling face. Then the next question followed up from him, also in a loud voice – quote unquote: “IS SHE GOING TO SLEEP HERE TONIGHT?”. My wife was shocked but she said politely NO. He immediately turned around without saying a word and proceeded to do whatever he was doing before he asked those two questions. That was very RUDE and by that time it occurred to me that he was very casual in asking as if he was just ROUTINELY followed hotel instructions without getting proper training in how to treat or talk to guests in such sensitive questions, at the very least, not asking like a police questioning loud in public across the front desk to the elevator waiting area.||The treatments to hotel guests trump everything else as guests must be cordially treated with respect, and hotel staff should receive some trainings in such matters.
