  Nha Trang Palace Hotel is a splendid Hotel, very majestic and delightful place to stay, the rooms are spacious, clean, serviced daily, my room had dental kits, sewing kit shoe shine kit, razor and much more. Glorious buffet breakfast, with many choices both Western and Asian choices, every day in the graceful first floor dining hall which actually can seat 500 people. The staff are friendly and polite. Expect to pay a Key card deposit in cash or Card swipe was refunded swiftly at checkout. I chose cash deposit of VND. 500,000.0. The lobby area was well decorated with Xmas decorations and Xmas tree. Pleasant stay would surely stay again.

  Best hotel to stay in Nha trang Centrally located. Room size nice Walking distance from the beach and near by malls.. Price also good.. Lots of food options in buffet breakfast and many options for vegetarian too

  Proper, old school, four star hotel. Has a great gym facility and a decent sized pool on the 7th floor. Beds are comfortable and rooms/ bathroom of good size.

  Good value. Close to the beach. Good friendly service but limited English spoken. Breakfast is average. The hotel is a bit old and tired now but clean.

  Central location, easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Clean rooms, decent facilities, some rooms have a nice sea view. Friendly staff, quick check-in. Breakfast is okay, not too many options. Elevator can be slow during peak time. Overall good value for a stay in Nha Trang

  We just stayed here for 1 night and we're very happy with it. The hotel is a bit older but our room was lovely, great buffet breakfast, for the price it was great and would use again. Nha Trang was not really our sort of place so didn't stop long.

  Maybe Asian 5 stars is a westerner 3 stars. After checking in took 3 times back to the front desk, playing their electronic key with the door. At 3 stars hotel would automatically issue new room but she wanted me stay there without a key. I demanded her to get her manager to give me another room with a key. It is done, but that is a 25 minutes bad experience.

  This is a lovely old hotel in a great location for beach access. The number of food options around this part of the beach is not so great though. The room we booked was a deluxe sea view with balcony which was very comfortable but somewhat dated. The hot water supply was hit or miss and even non existent at times. The free wifi had very low bandwidth at times. The shower would flood onto the floor and change to cold when using it. The flat screen TV was old and had dark spots throughout the screen. The included free breakfast buffet was appalling. When I went to the egg station and asked the young man attendant who was sitting playing on his phone for some freshly cooked hot eggs he refused to cook them and insisted I take the cold overcooked ones on the plate sitting there. He then went back to his game and ignored me. The food quality overall at the buffet was very poor compared all the places I have stayed at in Vietnam. Would I recommend this hotel to others? Sadly no, nor would I ever stay here again.
