  The warmest welcome in Vietnam From the moment we arrived, the concierge and front desk team were incredibly welcoming. John, who checked us in, was fantastic, friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. The room had everything we needed, with a great sea view to wake up to. The gym was well-equipped, and the pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. Housekeeping were excellent—always smiling and kept everything spotless. Great staff, great facilities, great stay. Would definitely return. Thank you 🙏🏽

  From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome of the front desk staff. The room was spotless, modern, and super comfortable — we especially loved the sea view from our balconny. The location is ideal, close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety and fresh options. Huy provided first class service. He helped arrange transportation to our next destination. Thanks again buddy! Novotel Nha Trang truly exceeded our expectations — We definitely recommend this hotel to all visitors.

  We had an amazing 4 night stay at Novotel Nha Trang. The hotel’s location is fantastic, right across the road from the beach, where the hotel provides its own allocated sun lounges and umbrellas. It’s also within walking distance to great restaurants, cafes, bars and the beautiful beach promenade, with a nice walk along the promenade and then down some some streets to the big indoor markets. We were very grateful to receive a room upgrade. Our room was spacious, with a very comfortable bed, a generous balcony with stunning views of the beach and Vinpearl in the distance. The buffet breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, helpful, and always smiling. We arrived just two days after devastating floods had impacted the district, and it was inspiring to see the dedication of the staff, many of whom had suffered losses themselves all working together to support each other and the community. We even saw them helping clear the beach front by hand with hundreds of locals, tirelessly removing debris over several days. It was truly humbling to witness such resilience and community spirit. We loved our stay so much that we cancelled a booking at another hotel to return soon for another 3 night stay. Novotel Nha Trang may not be the most modern hotel, but it offers exceptional service, comfort and an amazing location. We highly recommend this property and would gladly stay again.

  I had a wonderful 5 night stay at the Novotel Nha Trang. My sea front was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed time on the terrace overlooking the beach. I found the staff to be very hospitable, and welcoming. My room was kept impeccably clean. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of local and western dishes. I loved the local dishes in particular. The hotel boasts a strategic location, being close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Overall a great place to stay in Nha Trang, and I certainly will be returning in the future.

  I had a wonderful dining experience at the restaurant in Novotel Nha Trang. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was truly exceptional.||I would especially like to thank Thuy Huong Trang for taking such great care of me throughout my visit. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. Her warm hospitality made me feel very welcome and comfortable. She always served with a smile and made sure everything was perfect during my meal.||Because of her excellent service, my experience at the restaurant became even more memorable. I truly appreciate her kindness and dedication. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back again in the future.

  I had an excellent second stay at Novotel Nha Trang, which once again confirmed that the staff here are among the friendliest and most welcoming I have encountered at any Accor hotel. A special mention goes to the wonderful buffet breakfast team, especially Thanh, who looked after us every morning with genuine warmth and exceptional service. I would also like to thank Man from the lobby bar, who made some of the best cocktails I have enjoyed during my travels—an absolute highlight of my stay. Additionally, it was a pleasure to meet General Manager Mrs. Anh, who took the time to stop by our table during breakfast, chat with us about our stay, and ensure that everything was perfect. Her personal attention and genuine care for guests truly reflect the hotel's commitment to outstanding hospitality. Novotel Nha Trang continues to stand out for its warm atmosphere, professional service, and dedicated team. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning again in the future.

  I visited Nha Trang and had an absolutely wonderful dinner experience at the Novotel hotel. I was particularly impressed with the excellent customer service. Restaurant Manager Ms. Thanh greeted us with a warm smile, she and her team were incredibly attentive and enthusiastic. Ms. Thuy Huong brought me some fresh seafood. Chef Vu and Thinh made me some delicious pizzas. It was incredibly impressive and professional.

  Our family of five loved our 4-night stay at the Novotel, exceeding our expectations in every way. Our rooms were beautiful, breakfast was extensive and delicious, the gym was functional, and the staff was highly professional, welcoming and helpful. We were thrilled that we stayed there.
