Rooms well priced. Near to everything. The pool on roof is very expensive. The hotel reception staff are not friendly enough. The hotel reception area is far far too busy and crazy and slow all day long. Level 6 gym is very very hot, no air con? Level 6 pool is a hot mess of constantly screaming kids. Deposit for a room key is an annoying waste of time too. Level 6 pool food is awful. We were served stone cold eggs, bacon and sausage and staff just appeared confused when we mentioned it. Instead of replacing it, they just cooked the eggs a bit more and brought it all back still cold. Every chef in the world should know this principal. The level 6 kitchen needs to get this feedback. Our room was very nice. View was amazing. Overall the building is too too busy and noisy.

I booked on booking.com and they have the wrong address listed so it was quite confusing getting here. After check in, I got a notification that I had missed my reservation (which almost got me a cancellation fee) so I guess they just do that to avoid paying booking.com any fees. Other than that, there is no free breakfast, they charged 30k dong for pool towels, 200k dong deposit for a hotel key card, and 20k dong/luggage to keep them at the hotel. Not really much money to an American, but really felt like they wanted to charge you for everything. They did a have a money exchange that had good rates and the rooms were very nice. Location was absolutely great for beach, night market, and local food.

It lives up to the 3 star review. When booking i booked online and was told to cancel my online booking and pay in cash, not too bad yet. I then was upgraded to the Sea view room which is spectacular! Although my experience was downhill from there, i visited the pool on the 6th floor which is freezing cold but i use this as a cold plunge in the mornings so i can’t complain as much. I was told via info available in my room that i was to be served complimentary breakfast due to having booked an executive room, when i got there i was then told it was NOT included and i was to pay 200k dong. The other amenities i have to pay for aswell including spa etc. The hotel is beautiful if you are ready to spend on top of what you already pay for your room. I would say this is a management decision and not solely based on the actual situation of the hotel itself. While the hotel is beautifully designed and layered it is outweighed by the endless need to pay and cancel bookings to avoid the management paying a commission to booking.com. It gives a real shady feeling to the whole place and you feel as though you as constantly spending money to enjoy what should already be included!! All in i would say i will enjoy the rest of my time here but will not be coming back only due to the feeling of shadiness and the feeling of having to pay for every breath. It’s a real shame as the location, view and hotel itself are to die for! I hope they fix this problem in the future as this place will go downhill quick if they put profit over quality served to consumers.

first the few good things: fantastic view of the sea and beach. good size room with good bed and with large bathroom. good location. then the bad things: there are cockroaches in the room and it didn't help to inform the reception! i found them 4 times in 7 days. the place needs maintenance in general. there is a lot of noise in the hallway both from other guests and from the cleaning staff. the rooms are not soundproofed very well. the cleaning staff ignores the do not disturb signal. even though you stay here you have to pay to use their SKY Top Lounge swimming pool! the elevators work very poorly. sometimes the electronic key doesn't work and you have to change elevators. many times there was a 10 minute queue to get up to the room! you definitely don't get the feeling of being in a 5 star hotel. I can't recommend this place 👎

I would not stay at Panorama Nha Trang again. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. It was 37°C outside, and despite setting the AC to 10°C, the room would not cool below 28.5°C during the day. It only reached about 24.5°C after sunset. Cleanliness was also disappointing. There were yellow stains on the blanket, dark mold spots in the shower area, on the shower curtain, and around the AC vent. We ended up sleeping with our clothes on because we didn't feel comfortable using the bedding. The worst part was finding cockroaches in both the bathroom and kitchen area. This was completely unacceptable. After reading other reviews, many guests seem to have experienced similar issues. While the location is convenient, the overall condition and maintenance of the property were disappointing. Panorama Nha Trang feels more focused on maximizing tourist bookings than providing a comfortable guest experience. Be cautious before booking.

We paid for a sea view room and we didn't get that. The city view was nice however it was not what we paid extra for. I did bring this up and nothing was done about it. I was told I was upgraded free of charge but that wasn't the case. I got no refund for the extra spent and was ignored over message. It was dirty, we had some ants in the room and some kitchen appliances did not work. Once we checked out, the hotel changed my booking dates to 2027 so that I could not leave a review and would be forced to cancel which is the same as a lot of reviews here. I was able to leave a review thanks to booking.com. Would not recommend this hotel. It felt so shady and unprofessional. Plenty of nice hotels in the area.

Probably the worst staff possible. Front and back door both broken, doesn’t lock properly and asked multiple times to fix and never did. Was meant to also included roof top swimming pool but they make you pay per day to use it and goodluck trying to even get a lounge chair otherwise they will still make you pay full price to sit on hot concrete in overcrowded small space. Black mould throughout the shower! Towels were stained even newly replaced ones still dirty. Also tried to scam me for extra $20aud to pay via eftpos when I asked why they said it was an extra charge though on my booking it was never mentioned of this extra high card charge. The traffic is LOUD constant honking, it takes forever to even get in the lifts due to amount of people staying, this is not a relaxing hotel at all. It is also a residency accommodation. So you can imagine how busy it is with tourists and people living here. Would never stay here again! Staff rude and not helpful at all.

Only good thing about the hotel is its location but u have many other options available. |Check in was pathetic, with a wait of 30 mins. They cudnt retrieve our booking. |Check out - people started banging at the door at exact 12 noon. |ACs hardly work. Go off n on. |Bed sheets were not properly cleaned. |Getting an elevators can take more than 5mins only. |Pool on 6th floor was extremely dirty. |There is a charge of 20k per bag for cloak room and 200k deposit for each room key. ||Pls be prepared before u book!
