  One of the better hotels in Nha Trang. Awesome location. Excellent service where everyone greets you with a smile. Breakfast excellent. Dinning options great. Cooking class fun. Pool area nice, maybe limited sun loungers but we did catch a busy period. Rooms a bit dated and more that traditional feel. Definitely choose Ocean View Deluxe. Suites a nice but more if you want no view and more peace. Best are definitely club rooms which gives access to executive lounge. Royal suite includes exe room access and is beautiful. Really enjoyed this hotel and one to definitely consider.

  We had an incredibly warm and welcoming experience, feeling like we were at home and being cared for by loved ones. Having worked in the service industry for a long time, I highly appreciate the service; it was delivered with the dedication of the staff, not simply the standard of the hotel industry. They checked us in and asked about our needs without us having to go to the reception desk. The restaurant staff attentively asked about our allergies or dietary preferences to ensure the food was to our liking. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the bed linens were beautiful, and the hotel's design and decor were very unique, reflecting an Indochine style.

  This is the 2nd time I returned to stay in this hotel. Their friendliness and helpfulness is beyond description. Immediately upon arrival, the porter came to carry my luggage for check in which was expeditious and after, brought myluggage to my room. They recognzed me on this trip and they expressed their appreciation to return to stay in their hotel.I will definitely return to stay at Potique Hotel again for my future trips/visits.

  First of all, I would like to send a special thanks to Uyen, a receptionist, who gave me full support during my stay. Also thank you to Khue, a chef and Eric, the restaurant manager who taught me at a cooking class and they had been kind to me until I left the hotel, and Chuong for his kindness extended to me at the pool side bar. Every staff at Potique made my stay unforgettable.|I already miss spending time there.||The cooking class was enjoyable. Uyen and Khue took me to local market for grocery shopping. It was fun to see local vegetables and fruits with Uyen’s guide.|I cooked soup noodle with the chef, Khue. Eric, the restaurant manager explained the details of the ingredients. |The food was excellent! Moreover, this experience was something special to me.|Since then, Uyen, Eric and Khue had become my close friends. This made my stay comfortable although I was traveling alone.|The location of this hotel is in town area but also close to the beautiful beach. So I was able to walk around both town and the beach. You can see the view of the sea from your room. Morning view, evening view and night view…. all different.

  Beautiful hotel located very centrally in Nha Trang. We stayed for five nights in April. We received a complimentary transfer by private car from and back to the airport which was great.||Our room was very big with an enormous bed, walk in shower and separate free standing bath. Windows opened in to an internal courtyard. We had a lovely postcard, cakes and fruit to welcome us when we first arrived.||The breakfast buffet was amazing and of a very high standard. Lots of thought had gone in to the presentation. Breakfast was a feast. Breakfast was very calm and relaxing which so often isn’t the case!||There is a rooftop pool and bar area which was very pleasant. We enjoyed relaxing and cooling off here during the afternoons.||The daily afternoon delivery of ‘cake of the day’ was lovely.||Flip flops, an umbrella and a straw bag in the room to use during your stay was thoughtful. There is also a free shuttle bus town area of private beach but we did not use this.||So many nice touches at this hotel coupled with exceptional staff have gone to make this stay one we will never forget.||Very, very, highly recommended.||Some feedback - handrail needed on steps at the front of the hotel and from the bar area up to the pool deck. Could be done elegantly in keeping with the rest of the beautiful hotel.

  The hotel is beautiful. My ocean view room was spacious, with a large bath and waterfall shower. |What sets Potique apart is the care and effort of all the staff. The driver waited over an hour for me after delays at immigration. I was warmly welcomed by Oscar. He provided me with all the information I needed regarding the hotel’s facilities. Uyen, Victor and Alice at reception always greet you with a smile and are happy to help. |Eric the restaurant manager was also outstanding, a most friendly staff member who works hard to make the restaurant outstanding.|The buffet contained a wide array of food options- something for everyone.|The beach location is a short walk. I always had a beach lounger. Nghi works very hard, always looking for Potique guests and making sure they have a lounge and a fresh towel.|Whilst it’s a lovely hotel that is well located, it’s the staff that make it special.

  Potique Hotel in Nha Trang is definitely 5 stars.|We had a sea view room which was spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathroom is beautiful. The bed was very comfortable.|It is located less than a 5 minute walk from Nha Trang Beach with a multitude of restaurants nearby.|We had dinner at the restaurant one night and the food was great.|The rooftop pool is really good. The Blue Bar is also located on the rooftop.|The Potique Hotel has a high quality Spa. My wife had a refreshing facial with Katherine and Hien is a great masseuse.|On top of great facilities, the staff at Potique Hotel provide professional and caring service especially Eric, the Food and Beverage Manager, Thien at Reception as well as Thung, security.
