  We felt like royalty during our stay. Everything was exceptional. Service was prompt and efficient, the food was really good for hotel food, and the staff were so kind and attentive. We truly felt taken care of— especially with free shuttle service to and from the airport. For the price, this place cannot be beat! We had our laundry done and several meals and room service at the hotel all for very little cost. For people who care about the details: -Water pressure could be better but not terrible. Water was always hot when needed. -Staff always doubled checked before adding additional charges. -rooms were cleaned and bedding changed every day. We know because we accidentally spilled pasta sauce on ours and came back to fresh everything. - beach is just across the road and there is a private space on the beach. All rooms come with access to a beach chair and towels. - location is a little distanced from the main market (about 30 minutes walking) but right in the middle of several eateries, laundry and gift shops. Great spot! - rooftop dining has an amazing view.

  We loved this hotel. From check-in to check-out service was fantastic. Rooms were modern and clean. Everything worked great. I wish there was a sliding door between the bedroom and living area, but it was not a big deal. Balcony was nice with a sea view. Room cleaning was done quickly but still to a high standard(finished all while we were down at breakfast). They offer free tea and coffee in the afternoon. They also offered us transportation to the airport for free when we checked out. If I go to Nha Trang, this is where we would stay again. Pool was nice, sauna was nice. Breakfast was really good…they do shut it down immediately when time is up, but it’s open for a long time.

  My husband and I have been to Vietnam five times, first time 22 years ago, 5 times to Nha Trang and Queen Ann has certainly been the very best hotel for us. Anne Marie and Kerry Bruty. Australia.

  We recently stayed at Queen Ann Hotel 5 Stars and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is new, with beautifully renovated rooms that reflect attention to detail and guest comfort. Most of our preferences were taken into account, which we truly appreciated. The breakfast selection was quite interesting and diverse. The hotel features a stunning private pool, two on-site restaurants, and often hosts attractive promotions. Small complimentary touches added a nice touch to our stay. However, there are a few serious issues that need to be addressed. Apart from the reception desk, most of the staff speak no English at all — not even basic words. This includes waitresses and the tourist desk representative, making communication very difficult for international guests. Most disappointing was the behavior of the beach staff — particularly the man in charge of sunbeds. His rude and aggressive manner, shouting at guests, was completely out of line and very unlike the respectful and kind attitude we’ve come to associate with Vietnamese hospitality. We were truly shocked by his behavior. Despite these shortcomings, we genuinely liked the hotel and would be happy to return, hoping for improvements in staff training and guest communication.

  Stayed here for a few nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a prime beachside location, with the sand just steps away—can’t beat that view! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.That said, the beach area gets quite crowded, especially in the afternoon. If you want a good spot or a sunbed, be prepared to go early or wait. It would’ve been nicer if the hotel had more seating reserved for guests.Facilities were decent, breakfast was okay, and everything worked fine, but it’s not a luxury stay—it’s more of a “good enough” for a beach trip kind of vibe.

  Very small and slower elevator, nice room and view of Nha trang. Good hotel food and nice room but just service was a bit slower and limited. Nice location

  Good location and great hotel to stay in but there are WAY too many Russians and not enough lifts. Also the staff are pretty inexperienced with speaking english

  I recently stayed at Queen Ann Nha Trang, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely seamless.The Highlights:• Exceptional Staff: The standout feature of this hotel is the team. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. They truly make you feel at home.• Prime Location: Perfectly situated with breathtaking views of the bay. It’s the ideal spot for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Nha Trang.• Modern Comfort: The rooms were pristine, well-designed, and offered everything I needed for a relaxing stay.Bottom Line: If you are visiting Nha Trang, do yourself a favour and stay here. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning!
