  I’ve visited this hotel with my family and I’m very happy to be the guest here. The stuff in hotel is very friendly. Good rooms. We enjoyed breakfasts. If you want you may use a pool on the 6th floor or go to the beach. The road to the beach takes about 3-5 minutes. We are looking forward to visit this hotel again. Best regards, your guests.

  Great hotel location, staff are friendly, room is nice. Rooms and hotel is NOT soundproof, can hear other people talking loudly in the hall early in the morning. During my exit on July 14th there was a random parade blocking our exit….? Spa and Massage are different things.

  2. Thank you for your reply here. However, I must point out that I had already sent a detailed email regarding this issue to your official address, but received no response. It is disappointing that the hotel only responds here to maintain its public image, rather than addressing the actual issue and respecting the guest. I am still waiting for a formal and serious response via email, as previously requested. 1. Unprofessional service and misleading 5-star rating. I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment with the service quality at Quinter Central Nha Trang. According to the hotel's signage as a 5-star property and its advertisements on booking platforms, this is a 5-star establishment; however, the actual experience is far from meeting that standard. Firstly, the restrictive policies—such as requiring vouchers for beach chair usage and charging 50,000 VND for children's life jackets—are undisclosed and highly frustrating. Having stayed at various other 4-5 star hotels such as Sunrise, Yasaka, and Lodge, I have never encountered such inconvenient procedures. In particular, when my child was unwell and very tired due to not yet being accustomed to Vietnamese cuisine, I politely requested access to a beach chair just 16 minutes earlier than the time stated on my voucher—despite there being plenty of empty chairs available. However, the staff rigidly refused, insisting I wait exactly until 11:00 AM. Secondly, and most importantly, I am appalled by the unprofessional conduct of your beach staff. When I explained that my child was unwell due to not yet being accustomed to Vietnamese cuisine, the staff responded with offensive remarks, suggesting that my child was sick because we 'ate at a cheap buffet.' I would like to clarify that my family regularly dines at reputable establishments like Buffet Poseidon; our child’s illness has nothing to do with being 'cheap.' Such derogatory comments are deeply disrespectful, insulting to guests, and absolutely unacceptable for any hotel claiming to be 5-star. I request that the management immediately review both your service procedures and staff conduct. Furthermore, I urge you to be transparent regarding all surcharges to ensure future guests do not feel misled or disrespected.

  We stayed here as a family and were impressed by the hospitality. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were kind and patient with our kids. The pool was a hit with the family, and breakfast had plenty of options for everyone. The central location made it easy to walk to nearby attractions. It felt safe, convenient, and relaxing—great choice for families.

  We could not have asked for a better experience at this hotel! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and only too happy to answer my frequent questions. The room was bright and comfortable, the buffet breakfast was among the best I’ve ever encountered, the infinity pool|was a welcome spot to relax. The front desk staff - Rhu, Uyen, Tram, Phong, Lam and Tan went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I cannot thank them enough! I highly, highly recommend this hotel!

  My partner and I chose this hotel for a couples’ getaway, and it exceeded expectations. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, especially in the late afternoon. We loved the hot stone massage at the spa—so rejuvenating. Dinner at Q’LUJO felt intimate and elegant, with great food and service. Despite being close to everything, the hotel felt calm and serene. A lovely stay for couples.

  Hotel room is smaller compared to the pictures given, you can hear the outdoor sound clearly even with the doors shut. Breakfast buffet is pretty decent, overall a pretty good 5 night stay.

  To be very honest, after staying in many hotels this was a refreshing experience. The room and hotel was awesome and the location as well. The Front Office staff speaks perfect English and everyone was super friendly. Han, Minh and specially Anh, Uyen, Phong was extremely helpful, from the moment we arrived.
