  I initially stayed here for three days. The hotel was conveniently located, the rooms were clean, and the receptionist was friendly. For $25 USD, a large room with partial sea views was more than enough. Later, I switched to a luxury hotel, but I was quite disappointed. So I returned to this hotel for two more days, and I think I'll stay here again next time I'm in Nha Trang.

  I have a very positive impression of Seana Nha Trang Hotel. The hotel is located right in the city center, which makes it extremely convenient for travel and activities. 1. Regarding the room service, I am generally satisfied. However, I would like to offer a small suggestion: the housekeeping staff should pay more attention to cleaning under the bed, as this area is often overlooked and tends to be quite dirty. 2. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, and the food was delicious. I would rate it 5/5. 3. I am also very satisfied with the front desk staff, especially two employees: a petite female staff member and a male staff member who wears glasses. Both were very helpful and professional. In conclusion, I highly recommend Seana Nha Trang Hotel to anyone planning to visit Nha Trang.

  I originally booked this place for one month and ended up staying for three — which says a lot. However, this is my honest review of the experience. Month 1 – Wonderful Stay Our first month was amazing. We were genuinely impressed by the hotel, its services, quality of the room and especially the staff. As long-stay guests, we needed a little adjustment with the cleaning schedule, but the team quickly adapted and respected our preferences, always asking if we needed anything. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh, Asian-style dishes — not your typical European or South American spread, but delicious nonetheless. Month 2 – Noticeable Decline Encouraged by our positive experience, we decided to extend. Unfortunately, during the second month, we began to notice a drop in quality. Breakfast became repetitive, and although we didn’t raise any complaints, the change was clear. Despite this, the staff continued doing their best to deliver good service. Month 3 – Disappointing By the third month, things had taken a significant downturn. Management had changed, which likely explained the disorganization and decline in service standards. Several staff members had been dismissed without replacements, leading to issues in housekeeping, breakfast, and general operations. At times, no food was available during breakfast hours, the area became chaotic, and it was evident that the remaining staff were overwhelmed — literally running to keep up. Final Thoughts I truly hope the hotel can regroup and return to the high standards we experienced in our first month. Reviews like mine are likely to become more common unless improvements are made. That said, I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all the staff. They were kind, accommodating, and went above and beyond. Many became friends I still keep in touch with regularly.

  still recommend a better stay for a better experience overall. And thi wqs my first booking via agode- no customer service at all. First of all after 2-3 days they would respond with the worst resolution possible- asking me to sort issues with the hotel directly.

  The hotel looks really beautiful. The pool maybe fits 5-10 people |The air conditioner barely works, so they provide you with a fan.|They charge you a deposit for an extra key. |They tell you they want to be water efficient so if we don’t need our towels washed everyday to hang them up. There are no hooks anywhere. They give you one towel per person.|The toilet barely flushes.|The fridge is barely cold.

  Good location easy to walk to Beach near to streetfood. Room ok poor floor water draining. Good breakfast lots of food good quality.

  I arrived there at 12 AM, my room was ready like they told me on the reception. Even the room was ready, they wanted to charge me extra for 2 hours. They told me it is their policy. 😂 I was in countless hotels in Vietnam, but never ever faced anything like such a greedy behavior. Normally I wanted to stay more days there. But I don't want to support such a place and left after one night. I went to Erica Hotel 200 Meters away and stayed there for 14 days. 🙏
