  I keep watching the videos I took during my stay over and over again, even after returning to Japan, because the hospitality and warm service were truly exceptional. The female staff at the front desk were efficient, professional, and always greeted me with the most wonderful smiles. The lemongrass welcome drink was incredibly delicious, and when I mentioned it at checkout, they kindly prepared a takeaway juice for me and even explained how to make it. I was deeply touched by their kindness. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, and the bánh mì was especially outstanding. Since the breakfast was so delicious, I also came back for the seafood buffet in the evening. The salmon, sushi, and many other dishes were all very satisfying. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Nha Trang. Thank you to all the Sheraton staff for making my stay unforgettable.

  The service and overall experience here is the reason we keep coming back. Rooms were comfortable with a balcony that looks out to an amazing view of the sea. We were served by Van (Wendy) at the Feast breakfast buffet who was super friendly and attentive. 10/10 recommend!!

  Absolutely loved this hotel and the staff with a particular mention of Kathy, Celia, Mike and Jolie in the Executive Lounge. Nothing was too much trouble for them during our 3 night stay. Rooms have great views of the beach and ocean. Food choices in the main restaurant are extensive whilst the executive lounge provides an impressive range of options and breakfast and evening cocktails. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone.

  We came to Nha Trang to celebrate our wedding 10 year anniversary - initiative of my husband and I’ve been swept away once again! We arrived early in a day and were hoping to checking in. The minute front desk staff saw our reservation they invited us to a club lounge on 25F and ever since Mike took care of us during whole 5 night stay. When we would come upstairs for happy hour Alan and Jolie would always make sure we felt their great care: special food orders for boys or fruits and drinks for me and my husband. We were offered an upgrade to an Executive Suite room with a stunning ocean front view!! The room was decorated to congratulate us with our special occasion - rose petals and swains on the bed, traditional and modern sweets and a very beautiful flower arrangement- all thanks to thorough attention of Jane and Michelle. Being on vacation with family also means I needed quiet escape- that’s when I would come to the infinite pool on 6F or to the balcony in club lounge where Celia or Kathy would make sure I have my coffee ready and a quiet spot where I can rest and recharge, get ready to explore more of this wonderful place!!

  We just spent ten wonderful nights at the Sheraton, and the location couldn't be better. Upon our arrival, we were warmly welcomed with cold tea and refreshing towels—such a lovely touch after our ten-hour journey. Jane at the reception was incredibly helpful, ensuring we got the perfect room for our needs.||The breakfast staff was friendly and attentive, offering an impressive variety of options. The hotel was pleasantly quiet at night, and having a balcony to dry our clothes while enjoying the great view was a nice bonus. We also enjoyed some drinks at the Altitude Bar, which added to our relaxing experience. Tram our cleaning lady was also so sweet. ||The pool area provided towels, and Leo at the Tiki Bar was especially friendly. We did try to access the beach, but with only 18 available sunbeds, getting there early or later in the day is essential.||We would definitely choose to stay at the Sheraton again! Kudos to Team S for making our stay so enjoyable—thank you!

  Sheraton is in our hearts forever. Initially we planned to stay here for 6 nights and then move to Cam Rahn. But we didn’t like the second hotel at all so we decided to come back to Sheraton. Totally, we stayed here for 12 nights. The staff, the service - everything was amazing!The breakfast was varied, we liked everything. Thank you so much for the anniversary set ＜3 Some things to be improved:- sometimes there was lack of towels at the pool. - sound isolation in the room could be improved (the window/balcony side)We will definitely come back in the future ＜3

  Brand-tier ranking based on overall assessment: Top-notch, no question about it.||Room readiness, cleanliness & housekeeping: A welcome letter from the Front Office Manager along with fruit and macarons were ready upon arrival. Cleanliness was absolutely spotless.||Room design & view: A Presidential Suite with a direct view of Nha Trang Beach. One of the two bathrooms overlooks the beach, and the whirlpool tub offers its own beach view from a different angle.||Bedding comfort: Slept soundly all four nights. That said, the room is right next to the beach road, so earplugs are a must for traffic noise. (I used Belgian Loop earplugs.)||Breakfast quality: The Feast buffet was average at best, but the Club Lounge breakfast was outstanding — fewer options, sure, but quality over quantity. The beef pho and chicken pho were absolutely phenomenal!||Bread variety & quality: The croissants were just okay, but the banana cake and donuts were excellent.||Egg station: The chef at Feast was a bit rough around the edges. The Club Lounge, on the other hand, turned out a solid eggs Benedict and a great omelette.||Coffee & beverages: You can make your own cà phê sữa đá right there. One of the lounge staff showed me how — pour in a good amount of condensed milk, add Vietnamese black coffee, stir with a teaspoon to dial in the sweetness, then add ice. Done.||Club Lounge service: Absolutely top-tier in both warmth and professionalism. The staff radiated such bright, genuine energy — it reminded me of Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur, that perfect sweet spot between friendliness and polished confidence. Exactly the kind of service I love most.||Hors d’oeuvres: The hot food menu changed daily, and the chef’s cooking was impressive. Genuinely memorable flavors.||Elite member recognition & differentiated service: Club Lounge check-in, Presidential Suite upgrade, and periodic satisfaction check-ins throughout the stay — couldn’t have asked for more.||Proximity to points of interest: Right on Nha Trang Beach. I took beach walks every morning and evening, and the city center is walkable.||Communication (chat, phone, etc.): Communication was smooth throughout, and I managed to get by with basic English even with the housekeeping staff.||Bonus points: Smart TV with YouTube and Netflix. Honestly, it baffles me that more Marriott properties around the world still haven’t figured this out.||Notable observation: More than half the guests were Korean.
