  Excellent hotel! We had a wonderful stay and only positive impressions. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the hotel’s location was very convenient, with everything you need nearby. The atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable, making our stay truly enjoyable. We would be happy to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family!

  Next to the beach - very good location. The staff and services provided were great and the lovely breakfast has many options. I also wanted to give a special shout-out to Yen, the receptionist that took really good care of me when I had a cut on my leg. She went above and beyond - giving me the ointment and bandaid available very quickly. Also gave me this one ointment from Vietnam that was effective. She is super sweet and kind lady, really appreciate the exceptional service! Great smile and joyful attitude to help me. Also gave me an exceptional recommendation for things to do in nha trang. Ít made my stay that much more amazing!

  Incredible hotel right by the beach, right across from Sailing Club. The staff is incredibly attentive. The price is very very reasonable. The services is amazing. Location is absolutely great!!!! 100% will come again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

  It's close to the beach. The rooms are clean. The staff are very kindly. I booked a 3-night stay without breakfast and tried to additionally book only one breakfast at check-in, but I couldn't explain it properly and was refused with a "not included" response, so I gave up. I think I should book stay separately in this case.

  This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I can definitely see that both the service and the room have improved a lot since my last visit. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the receptionists, Yen, was polite, professional, and very welcoming. She made the check-in process smooth and provided excellent customer service. The only downside was that the staff member at the front entrance didn't offer to help unload our luggage when we arrived, which was a bit disappointing.

  We had a family room. Amazing hotel, luxurious facilities. Breakfast is huge and with wide selection of Asian and Western options. The hotel is right opposite Sailing club which is a great beach club to hang out (drinks, good food,live music,etc.)You can rent sun beds and an umbrella. Crystal clear water front. Receptionists, security guards, restaurant staff, housekeeping ladies, all staff is very kind and helpful.We love this hotel.

  Stayed here more than 4 times already and everything is still as good as before. They changed the lobby area a little and opened a pho soup place where the small market used to be, which was a nice touch. The location is perfect — just near the beach, shops, and clubs. Always a comfortable and convenient stay. Will definitely come back again.

  I had the chance to visit Starcity Bayfront Nha Trang and enjoy drinks at Ngon Bistro for two consecutive days, and I was truly impressed with the quality.||The drinks are well crafted, nicely balanced, and not overly sweet. You can really taste the freshness of the ingredients. From coffee and juices to cocktails, everything was enjoyable and easy to drink. I especially loved the coconut coffee, refreshing, and perfectly blended.||The staff were also very friendly and helpful with recommendations.||A great experience overall – I’ll definitely be back.
