  Had a great stay here. The highlight for me was definitely the breakfast spread—it’s not just the standard hotel food, they actually have a good variety and it stays fresh throughout the morning. Spent a lot of time by the infinity pool; even when it gets busy, it’s still one of the most relaxing spots in Nha Trang to watch the sunset. The staff were super professional, and you can tell the management really cares about the service standards. Will definitely be staying here again.

  “The hotel was very clean, and the room was beautiful and comfortable. I was especially impressed by the receptionist, who was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive from check-in to check-out. Their professional attitude, kind communication, and willingness to assist made me feel very comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely come back again in the future!”

  Pros: Food was solid with a mix of western and vietnamese foods. Service men and women were amazing, kind, and helpful! They deserve higher pay IMO. View of the beach is incredible and it is an easy walk to the beach. Con’s: I was in suite B1407, the room had a strange musk every time we came in. Shower had discoloration/minor mold around the base. The bathroom fan was also not functioning. ELEVATORS CAN BE HELLA SLOW. Average wait time to get to an elevator was 5 min. Tip: don’t call your Grab/ Taxi until you are in the lobby or else the drivers will flame you for the long wait.

  Stayed at The Empyrean Nha Trang and honestly wouldn’t recommend it. The biggest issue was the lifts you’re constantly waiting 10–15 minutes just to get one, and even when it finally arrives, people push in and cut you off, so you end up waiting even longer. It gets frustrating really quickly, especially during busy times. They do have a rooftop pool, but the system makes no sense. You’re only allowed to use it once per day, and to even get there you have to go all the way down to the ground floor and then switch to a separate lift just to go back up. It’s inconvenient and poorly set up. Rooms were okay but very basic, nothing special at all for the price. Overall, the whole experience was more hassle than it was worth. Hi, Thanks for your response. I appreciate you acknowledging the feedback, but to be honest, the experience fell pretty far below expectations and had a significant impact on the stay overall. After my stay, I don’t think I’ll be back. I do hope the issues raised are genuinely addressed so future guests don’t run into the same problems. Regards, Joshua

  Excellent hotel, awesome breakfast. In centre but no noise. Near beach, good quality priceSpecial thanks to ms. Trang and ms.Duyen(Lucy) for giving excellent service and be very customer thinking and acting. Big compliments for them.

  this is the first time I'd traveled to Nha Trang. My friend recommended some hotel on the beach , I've chosen The Empyrean Nha Trang and I thought this is the right decision for my whole trip. The Reception's Staff welcomed us with a warmly smile. She helped us check in just a few minutes. The room with a nice views , from balcony i could look all the Nha Trang Bay. Absolutely I will chose the Empyrean Nha Trang for my next trip. Thank you for a wonderful memories.

  Checkin was very very smooth, like blink and you’re done. The front desk team were all super sweet, but Bao? She’s on another level quick, witty, and just ridiculously lovely. Honestly made the whole experience 10xxxxx better. If I’m ever back in town, no questions asked, I’m staying here again.!!!! See you guys soon😍😍😍🥹🥹🥹🥹

  If you’re looking for a modern spot right in the heart of the city, The Empyrean is a solid choice. It feels very fresh and polished, though it’s definitely a busy building.|The Best Parts:|• The View: Honestly, the sea view from the room is stunning. Waking up to the entire Nha Trang bay right in front of you makes the stay feel much more high-end.|• The Service: I was really impressed by the staff. The receptionists are incredibly professional—their grooming is impeccable and they handle the busy lobby with a lot of grace. Also, a big plus for the bellmen; they were quick to help with my luggage and brought it straight up to the room, which made the arrival so much smoother.||The only real downside is the elevators. Because the building is so tall and popular, you have to be patient during peak times (like breakfast or check-out).|Conclusion |Great for the "aesthetic" and the central location. The service from the front desk and bell team really sets a high standard for the stay.
